Our cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves and sauna. While on holiday, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the lake scenery or read a book while lying in a hammock. The slender sandy beach, which opens to the south, is well suited for children's water games, and there is plenty for families to do at the cottage and in the nearby area. In 2020, this magnificent villa will be hand-carved from a couple of hundred-year-old Karelian reels. The huge viewing window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by a 6-person outdoor hot tub, a large hot tub and a stove. No pets, no smoking. Bed linen 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa vaapukka

Just a 25-minute drive from the center of Joensuu. Peaceful location, especially good for couples to calm down. Located on the shore of Viinjärvi. The cottage has a renovated kitchen and sauna in -20. The cottage has washing water from the lake, but drinking water must be brought. There is also hot water from the tap in the kitchen. Heating the cottage with a baking oven and an air source heat pump. Compost toilet in a separate building. Linens are not included. No pets.

Kukkupuu - lakeside cabin for summer

A typical Finnish summer hut with large panoramic window to the lake. Cozy but simple amenities. Small kitchen and electricity available. Two sleeping bunks above each other with mattresses for up to 4 people each and an extra bed in the lower sleeping loft. On the premises there is still a private guest cottage where 2 people can stay comfortably. Eco toilet located outside. The hut has its own sauna with wood burning, a fireplace inside and an outdoor terrace.

Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Tarvittaessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta.

You can get in from the dock after the sauna or to try your fish 'n' roll from the dock. Jogging paths about 200 meters away and skiing in winter. The Lykyn pond's outdoor area with disc golf courses is about two miles away.

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage completed in 2015 by a small river. In the ring of a raft, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue, or outdoor fire. The cottage is located on a small dirt road, in complete privacy. Koli National Park is about. 30min drive, Höytiäinen Beach is just over 2km away. Canoes available and local foodie packages available for rent from us.
