A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

V případě větší skupiny je možno pronajmout i druhou chaloupku. Na pozemku je parkování pro 3 auta. Větší stavení je pro 6-8 osob, druhá chaloupka je pro 3 hostů. Pohovku umístěnou u obrovského okna situovaného na východ s výhledem na Vizovické vrchy a velkého okna na sever s výhledem na trnkový sad využijete na klidné chvíle a zakusování něčeho dobrého.
