Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

FLOS si trova al piano terra ed è composto da due camere matrimoniali, due bagni, un ampio open space con cucina a isola e zona living. Lo spazio interno si estende verso l’esterno grazie a un giardino, dotato di salotto e una fontana dal design unico. I pavimenti in ceramica Mutina Mater color bianco enfatizzano la luce naturale nella zona giorno con eleganza materica. Completano la zona living un divano in pelle bianca di Poltrona Frau e “The Frame”, una TV che si trasforma in opera d’arte.

“La Residenza di Carolina” è situata a metà del colle su cui sorge la celebre Abbazia di Montecassino. La prestigiosa struttura offre alloggi eleganti e di recente realizzazione con parcheggio privato. Gli appartamenti regalano una vista suggestiva della “città martire” e delle montagne limitrofe, ma distano meno di 1km dal centro città. Ogni alloggio è dotato di bagno privato, area climatizzata, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, TV a schermo piatto e cucina con piano cottura, forno e frigorifero.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
