Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. The Pechine house is a detached Landes farmhouse on a 6500 sqm property near the 'Landes de Gascogne' nature reserve. The house is very lovingly furnished mainly with antique furniture from the region. A fully equipped kitchen with a view of the edge of the forest makes cooking together at sunset a pleasure. The open fireplace ensures romantic evenings. On cool autumn and winter days, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and coziness.

You have a living room with briquette fireplace, sofa, equipped kitchen, bedroom with a large 140 bed, and a bedroom with 1 pull-out bed in 90, bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.
