In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

The Pechine house is a detached Landes farmhouse on a 6500 sqm property near the 'Landes de Gascogne' nature reserve. The house is very lovingly furnished mainly with antique furniture from the region. A fully equipped kitchen with a view of the edge of the forest makes cooking together at sunset a pleasure.
