Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. 1/4 mile from Garden City Pier, walking distance to bars, restaurants, fishing, surfing, arcade. No need for shoes! Walk right on to the beach! Mature, respectful guests welcome to enjoy our space. Absolutely no pets allowed or parties as there are many Seniors in the building and guest pets are not permitted under the HOA.

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.
