Ruth's place was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Great location, easy access to the A1, pub next door and several walks on the doorstep. The annexe is very well equipped and Ruth has thought of all the extras that make the stay a real home from home and great if you've forgotten to bring anything. The private garden is lovely, even in January and a wonderful spot to watch the birds come and go. Ruth's breakfast supplies are generous and we loved how she checked in with us beforehand to find out our preferences. A fabulous find!

We had a lovely stay at Lambert cottage. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The property is at a great location, it’s clean, cozy and well equipped. We had an amazing time and would recommend.

The perfect Airbnb! We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s lovely house in Stamford - it’s the perfect place for exploring the area and has everything you need. Julie is an excellent host - she was there to meet us, is very friendly and was really helpful and communicative. The property is a short walk into Stamford, which is a gorgeous town with plenty of great cafes, restaurants and shops. We were staying with our toddler and found there were also lots of green spaces nearby. It’s also a great spot for exploring the wider area including Rutland water and Oakham. Would highly recommend the Olive Branch in Clipsham (a short drive away) for a delicious meal. We definitely hope to stay again and would highly recommend!

What a beautiful little property. Surprisingly it feels quite large inside. Extremely comfortable and immaculate, feels high end, bed and pillows comfy, lovely towels, everything we needed. We had some lovely weather too so we're able to sit out a couple of times. So peaceful, we felt as if we were completely on our own. Lovely treats waiting for us inside were very much appreciated (my husband wantsto know where she got the marmalade). Very close to town and walkable to Burleigh House. We went on Penny's recommended walks and loved them. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Gorgeous.
