The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

The Cottage is self-contained, with excellent facilities, furnishings, a private patio, access to the garden and off road parking. A lockable shed is available for cycles and there is space for cars and m'bikes to be parked off road. One medium/2 small dogs welcome, contact host. Situated between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do and see in the area. Richmond, market town is close by .

The Orchid

Explore Northallerton, and the beauty of North Yorkshire, then retreat to your own quiet little pad. 'The Orchid' is a cosy, self-contained, stand alone guest space, neatly tucked away behind the main house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The Deer Lodge is one of three nearly identical lodges set in a quiet wooded corner of our 20 acre estate on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. There are no roads bordering the guest areas so expect a quiet and peaceful stay, surrounded by nature and away from it all! The lodge has no cooking facilities but has a fridge with icebox as well as a selection of tea & coffee. We have a cosy indoor BBQ hut available to book for the evening with all cooking tools & charcoal provided.
