The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

Very peaceful garden flat integrated and separate to the owners own property which is situated in the conservation area of Knaresborough with views over the River Nidd & towards the Mother Shipton’s estate woodlands opposite. Two minutes walk to the bus station,Town Center, Castle and beautiful Riverside walks and cafes and five minutes walk to the train station giving access to York, Harrogate and Leeds with easy access to major events in the area such as the Great Yorkshire Show & Flower Show

The Potting Shed

Our converted milking parlour in the heart of the York plain is a unique one bed, self contained tiny house! With access to York and the surrounding area, it is a perfect place for a weekend away or a longer stay for business, retreat, escape. There is a bus that runs from just outside to York. They do not run at the weekends during winter and never on a Sunday. There is a train station 3 miles away. Parking is available on the road. There is a shop 2 minutes away. No pets or children.

Manor Croft Cottage Harrogate

“Manor Croft” is a quaint detached cottage on a picture postcard village green at the bottom of the garden of Manor Cottage, enjoying complete privacy and has been tastefully refurbished and modernised including high speed WiFi connection and a smart TV. The kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven and washing machine. The cottage has Gas fired Central Heating and is fully double-glazed, with French Windows that lead out onto a fully enclosed and private patio area.
