Monthly Rentals in Little Walsingham

We had a delightful stay. The cottage is really delightful with everything you could possibly need. Louisa was helpful and quick with responses and providing information. The area is perfect for a relaxing vacation, but with plenty on hand locally to make more of the your stay should you wish.

Lovely place in a gorgeous location in Great Walsingham. Country walk to Little Walsingham, the extraordinary Farm shop there, pubs etc. Excellently placed for Wells, Holkham etc. The barn is cosy but didn’t feel cramped. Lots of amenities. And comfortable beds. Our family of three were very well catered for. The cookies and elderflower presse were welcome gifts. Only caveats- very tall people will have to watch themselves in upstairs bathrooms as the sloping roof led to occasional bumped heads! The shower unit was quite low pressure. Apart for these minor issues, the barn is a lovely spot for a getaway.

We had a wonderful week staying at the Barge Retreat.  The cottage is beautiful, well equipped and very clean. We had brilliant weather so enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely courtyard. We enjoyed Sunday lunch and a brunch at the cafe directly opposite. The villages of Walsingham are beautiful to explore as is the surrounding area. Only a short distance from great beaches and nature reserves. Would love to stay again in the future!
