Small well appointed kitchen with dual microwave oven, fridge, toaster, variety of pots and pans with tableware etc. Shower room and toilet, towels provided. Wifi, TV, DAB, central heating. No need for a car, this spacious retreat is only a five-minute walk from the town center and the iconic river Dart with its walks to Sharpham and Dartington estates.

The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car strongly advised!

This comfortable self contained annex is located in central Dartington in a quiet location, with easy parking. The accommodation includes a main lounge/sleeping space with pull-out double bed, and adjoining kitchenette eating and sun room, leading out onto a patio with table and chairs, looking onto an attractive well maintained garden. The annex accommodation includes a shower and toilet. It is a short walk to the award winning C13th Cott Inn, and Dartington Estate, with Totnes 1 mile away.

Rose Cabin Totnes, Devon

Lovely wooden cabin at the bottom of garden, very close to river, with separate access via a side walk along the main house. 5 minutes walk from a diving platform for wild river swimming. Walk to Totnes high street in 15-20 minutes along main road, or take the 20-30 minute beautiful riverside walk. The house is very close to the cycle route to Dartington/Totnes. We are also only a 20 minute (uphill) walk to Dartington Hall. Beaches 20 minutes drive away, Dartmoor national park 20 minute drive.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape sleeping in a traditional Native American tipi with a separate luxury shower and kitchen area, situated in the paddock there is a garden swing to sit and watch the Alpacas graze nearby. We supply a fire pit and logs are available for a small added cost and can be purchased here from us, We are an adult only site on a working small holding and unable to have dogs on site for insurance reasons.
