This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

Great spot! Clean. Bigger than you think. Easy to access just get off the highway!

Jason was one of the most responsive hosts we have ever had. He answered whatever questions we had and immediately resolved minor issues like how to regulate the mini splits. The house has a nice view of the lake, and the separate deck amidst the trees offers some serenity. The lake is a great place for swimming too. We love to hike and there are wonderful trails within 15-40 minutes.

My group had a wonderful time staying at Tim's place, pictures do not do this place justice will definitely be recommending and possibly returning as well

Loved staying in this room! Perfect for families with small kids, right across from the playground and so close to story land. Had a blast and would def stay here again!

Mile was a great and communicative host. The house is in an awesome location, the sounds of the Pemi river were very relaxing on the back deck. It slept my group of 8 comfortably with room to spare

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

Nancy and Bill’s place was my favorite air bnb to date. We will definitely go back there next year. Bill is such a nice person (didn’t get the chance to meet Nancy). I highly recommend their place!

Jack and Eileen are just so eager to please! They treated me like family friends and communicated well in advance. Every questions about the house, or the area, or the weather, was promptly answered. The home is so cozy and comfortable even though it did take me a few minutes to find towels , but everything I needed is well stocked. Appreciate them went above and beyond for my short stay.

Absolutely adorable and in the perfect location for our family of both hikers and non-hikers. The hikers have close proximity to some of the most gorgeous summits around and the non-hikers walked into town and enjoyed the shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen, clear instructions and expectations. Would definitely stay again.

The house was absolutely stunning—beautiful inside and out, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly cozy. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and private. Julia was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and being local was a great bonus in case anything came up (be careful with the trash... those bears love it!). Overall, an awesome experience—I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house is a top-quality airbnb. The most EV-friendly ( charge quickly) and dog-friendly ( a dog crate is really helpful) airbnb place we have stayed. It’s very clean and well-maintained. The host is very nice. It’s a bit hot during the summer, staying on the 1st floor is a good idea.

Angelica's house was the perfect place to stay - extremely clean, beautiful views, great amenities, we were very comfortable there. Also very family friendly - our 3 children (8, 6, and 4 years) loved the spacious kids play area with toys and books. It was also very easy to communicate with Angelica and she responded quickly to my questions. Angelica's home is a gem, we all enjoyed our stay and would happily return anytime!

Absolutely beautiful home to celebrate my wife’s birthday in. Accommodated my whole family and everyone couldn’t believe how nice the house was. It was everything we expected and then some. Our stay was great-it’s the perfect sized house for a small family or a small group of friends-has everything we needed. Neighborhood was very quiet and Carolyn was helpful and very responsive.

We had a wonderful time at Bray Hill House. We skied Bretton Woods during the day but not before we had a relaxing breakfast in the house and looked out at the amazing views. The house is beautiful and peaceful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis. Everything you could want was provided for and Israel was very responsive to our questions.

We recently stayed at this lovely home in New Hampshire, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience for my family and me. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how comfortable and well decorated the home was. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house, such as the well-stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep for everyone. The location was perfect especially after snowfall. Our children had a fantastic time. Overall, our time at there was truly memorable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay in New Hampshire. Thank you to our hosts for making our trip so special!

This place is in such a stunning location and the views from the house are absolutely lovely. The house very comfortably housed 5 adults and two young children with room to spare. The bathrooms were clean and generously equipped with shampoo/conditioner. We were able to cook a fairly ambitious meal and found that the kitchen was very well outfitted and the grill/other equipment easy to use. There was a really nice brewery nearby that our kids had fun playing at (they had yard games) while the adults enjoyed a drink and the scenery. This is a great option if you’re exploring all that NH has to offer up north. We were all wishing that we could have stayed several more nights! Huge thanks to the host for the easy communication and offer for local restaurants/places to go!

My family and I booked a winter getaway at Rob’s place, and would highly recommend to other guests! Rob was quick to respond with any inquiries and provided lots of helpful information/recommendations that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The space was clean and cozy, and stayed warm even in the NH cold! We would all stay here again and would refer other guests to this location.

We were 6 adults and a one-year old, had a wonderful stay. Lovely open space, excellent kitchen amenities. Heat worked well and was quiet. John was a great communicator and was extremely responsive to a few quirky issues (e.g., water filter on fridge needed replacing). Master bedroom and en suite bathroom are wonderful. Huge washer and dryer got good use!l Open grounds and woods around the house made for some easy quick jaunts in the snow. 10 minute drive to some great trails for all ages. Wonderful winter week!

A perfect cabin for an escape from the city!! My friends and I have annual cabin trip, and this was by far the best cabin we’ve stayed in since our tradition began. Kim (and Jim!) were very responsive, proactive with information, and amazing to coordinate with.
