Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

The apartment is 1750 meters above sea level Very easily accessible by train via Chur (1 hour) (5-minute walk from the train station). It is about a 3-minute walk to Obersee and Untersee (lake with beautiful wooden bathing area). Parking space available at the house on request. There is also a public parking lot and a parking garage nearby.

Die Wohnung thront gediegen über dem Dorf am Ende des "Eichhörnliwegs", einem beliebten Wanderweg in Arosa. Nebst einem direkten Zugang zu diversen Spazierwegen, ist ein Abstecher ins Dorf auch nur wenige Minuten bergab.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Die gemütlich eingerichtete 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock an einer ruhigen und sonnigen Lage in Davos Platz. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien. Sie verfügt über einen sonnigen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Jakobshorn und die umliegende Umgebung. Wir legen weniger Wert auf Modernität oder Alpentradition. Dafür umso mehr auf Gemütlichkeit, Wohlfühlen und Sauberkeit. Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen ist unser Motto.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Arriving, switching off, refueling - the extraordinary apartment on the sunny slope of Arosa is super cosy and has the ideal location for it. The friendly rooms with lots of wood and noble materials make the comfortably furnished apartment a highlight. The large windows offer an impressive view of the mountains and nature. The ski area Prätschli, with connection to the entire snow sports area Arosa/Lenzerheide, is just a few minutes away.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The beautiful apartment with fireplace on the sunny slope of Maran is cozy. The rooms, equipped with a lot of Swiss pine wood, make the comfortably equipped apartment a highlight. The large window in the living room offers impressive views of the mountains and nature. The Arosa/Lenzerheide ski and hiking area is a few minutes away by free bus.

Studio located on 2nd floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the sunniest part of Arosa, with swimming pool and sauna for shared use during the main season*. The sunny balcony offers a nice mountain view. *only available during winter and summerseason! Every second Thursday of the month the pool will be cleaned the whole day. Sauna availble for a fee to be paid onsite.
