The friendly rooms with lots of wood and noble materials make the comfortably furnished apartment a highlight. The large windows offer an impressive view of the mountains and nature. The ski area Prätschli, with connection to the entire snow sports area Arosa/Lenzerheide, is just a few minutes away.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The residential building is well situated at the entrance of Arosa with bus stops and a supermarket just around the corner as well as a delicious pizzeria in the same building. The lake, train station as well as the cable car station are reachable within walking distance. Please note that this apartment is not suitable for small children.
