We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, with quick and helpful responses. They were incredibly kind and even accommodated a late check-out, which made our departure much more relaxed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Light, bright modern apartment. Two very nice en suite bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a well appointed lounge kitchen diner. Lubomir a very responsive host. We would happily book again.

Such a great place to stay in the heart of Liverpool. So close to amazing restaurants and The Cavern Club. So easy to walk everywhere. Wonderful space and beautiful light. Everything you need for a great Liverpool experience.

The flat was just perfect. Clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed staying. It is located so close to the train line into Liverpool and also has shops close by. There were some lovely touches such as an umbrella in the wardrobe and biscuits and drinks chilling on the fridge ! Thank you. A beautiful well kept flat with plenty of cheap parking right behind.

Just simply superb. Liz is a perfect host. So helpful and accommodating. Always responded quickly and helpfully to queries. And she pretended to like my humour which was very sweet. I think I read that Liz is a nurse. It shows. Very caring and attentive. She also kindly enabled an early check in and offered a delayed departure which was very helpful. The apartment was wonderful. Great location close to the city centre but just so peaceful with views of the Mersey. I could have sat on the balcony watching the boats all day. So tranquil . Great apartment and facilities. And the little touches of bread and milk and margarine and jam were greatly appreciated. I couldn’t recommend Liz and her apartment more. Just lovely. Thank you so much.

Our stay at The Bothy was just perfect, Jeanette and Will were the perfect hosts and gave us lots of information prior to arrival with plenty of local recommendations too. The apartment is beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and has everything you could want or need…even for a cozy night in! The beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away and there’s some great little restaurants close by, we recommend the Liverpool Road Social where we had a fantastic Charcuterie board and some great wine. We would absolutely stay at The Bothy again as it’s so comfy and in a great location with super easy access to Liverpool City by the metro train. Thank you very much to Jeanette and Will, we’ve loved our few days away staying at your lovely accommodation.

This place was perfect! Susan met us at the property and was super friendly and helpful and gave us a tour, showed us how everything worked and also gave us information on the area which was extremely helpful as we’re not from the area. The apartment was furnished lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Even the extra touches like the toothbrush and toothpaste kit. You can tell that Susan pays a lot of attention to detail and it didn’t go unnoticed by us. The area is lovely. Left out of the property was a 5 minute walk to the beach and right of the property went to pubs and local restaurants which was great. I can’t recommend Susan enough as a host. Her communication was spot on and the apartment was great. Will definitely be returning again if available when we’re next in the area! 🙌🏻

We stayed in the flat with 5 persons for a few nights. After arriving there were little problems vut Kenny reacted immediately and took care of the situation. The flat was big enough for all of us and was clean and cozy. We took the bus to travel to town which worked out pretty well. Kenny was a very nice and hospitable host.

We really enjoyed our stay at 12 Dudley Road. First of all, it's really spacious - we've stayed in Airbnbs that were smaller in total than the living room here! Secondly, there were very helpful welcome goodies provided. Especially useful after a long journey. Thirdly, parking was easy, with plenty of off-road space at the front of the house. Lastly, having the rear garden is a godsend for those travelling with dogs (as we were). So, overall it's a good place to stay - especially if you want to explore the Wirral.

Lovely location opposite Sefton Park, very quiet neighborhood. Nice flat in an old house with private garden and courtyard. Very spacious with comfortable beds.

Great affordable place to stay near liverpool. Claire is super organised and communicated clearly at every step. Definitely would recommend to anyone

This apartment is in a perfect location for sightseeing. Five minutes walk from Albert Docks and the shopping centre. Lots of bars and restaurants also within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and well equipped and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us

Great flat, actually nicer than the photos! Everything you need and location excellent. Great neighbourhood. Nice and safe. 5 mins walk to Lark Lane and Sefton Park.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic central but private location. Everything within walking distance and only 2 mins from the station. Great base for exploring the many attractions, amazing history or sampling the nightlife! Without doubt, one of the best weekend breaks I’ve had anywhere. Liverpool exceeded all expectations. A really nice, cosy flat. Not too far from the city centre. Flat was spotless and organised, the price was really cheap considering we were there for 5 days, didn't have any issues but communicating with Barbara was easy, and she was very quick to respond. Would happily stay here again!

Great central location. Very spacious warehouse style flat. Living area really good for families or groups. Worth noting flat is on the third floor with no lift. Recommend for a stay in Liverpool. Lots to do nearby.

The location was amazing so close to everything. The parking space was a huge bonus. Kevin very kindly let us check in early and was very helpful with information and transport suggestions for us to get to our concert. The apartment had everything we needed for our few days in Liverpool.

What an amazing place to stay. It was absolutely spotless, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lyn ensured we had essentials on arrival, bread, milk, butter, breakfast cereal, assortment of teas, coffees and a well stocked larder. I could go on and on how brilliant this place. Great location for transport links busses and trains. We have stayed in many Airb&b but i can honestly say this is by far the best. Thank you Lyn for an enjoyable stay.
