It is located in the centre of Calci, in Val Graziosa and is easily reached both by car and motorcycle. Nearby you will find restaurants, wine bars, groceries and you can also visit the beautiful Certosa di Calci. It is 10 minutes from Pisa, 20 minutes from Lucca , 1 hour from Florence and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast.

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

It has 2 double bedrooms, a cozy entrance to the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. In the property's garden there is a swimming pool (from June) and a wooden gazebo with BBQ. Independent rustic house 800 meters from the sea with a large garden in a residential area. Parking spaces included. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.
