It is located in a quiet location of Medulin only 500 m away from the sea that you see from the terrace, and in just 7 minutes walk you can reach the center that offers a lot of amenities and nightlife as well as a nearby supermarket. This holiday house has the basic living amenities that will make you feel like home. The house is located on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood by the sea in a city Liznjan (10 km from bigger city Pula). The house has a outdoor terrace with dining area and gas grill and your own parking space beside the house. It is surrounded by large land with olive groves and you have your own garden in which you can pick up fresh and healthy plants for your meals. Nearest beach is just few steps away.

This house is situated outside the city center,away from neighbours,noise and daily bustle of everyday life.There's a vast fanced garden surrounded by nature so you can enjoy your vacation and your privacy. The patio has a long handmade table, benches and a barbecue.The little kitchen has an electric stove&oven, dishwasher, freezer & fridge,dining space, living room and bathroom and all are on ground floor (50 m2). 3 bedrooms are on the top floor one 20m2, a 12 m2 & third small room 7m2

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is recognizable by beautiful and heated swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.

Introducing our 2026 offering: a jacuzzi hot tub and heated private pool at Villa Maris, a newly built holiday home in Medulin. The villa features 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room in 130 m². Enjoy the 32 m² private pool, sunbathing area, covered terrace, and barbecue. Villa Sarita, Istrian paradise near the sea

Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.

Villa View Istria is a modern holiday home located in Ližnjan, just 700 meters from the sea. Pula Airport is 14.4 km away. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One ground-floor bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom, but there is a bathroom located right next to it. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
