Apartmani Vita, Ližnjan smješteni su na mirnoj lokaciji, udaljeni svega 1,5 km od centra Medulina i 10 km od centra Pule. Apartmani se sastoje se od kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (u jednom prostoru) u kojem se nalazi opremljena kuhinja, kauč na razvlačenje i TV sa satelitskim programima, jedne odvojene spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom, kupaonice s tuš kabinom i balkonom.
