Fisherman's cottage by the sea

Humlan, our gem in the Söderhamn archipelago! An old fisherman's area that now consists of holiday homes, about a mile from the city. Here you can both get peace by the sea, enjoy large garden and large terrace, and get out on the water by SUP or kayak. The house is about 80 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double bed, and 4 place-built sleeping alcoves. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer. Fresh bathroom with washing machine. In the garden a guest house with room for 2 sleeping guests. Maximum 6 guests can fit.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

In Bergby, a small village between Gävle & Söderhamn you'll find this cabin. With only a couple of minutes from the highway E4 you will take yourself to this peaceful getaway faster than a blink. As our guest you are close to restaurants, stores and the amazing nature life this village offers. The cabin offers a big kitchen, WC with shower & washing machine and a lot of social spaces. Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. It has on the ground floor a living room with large sofa and fireplace, kitchen with fridge, freezer and electric hob and a bedroom with double bed. In the basement, you will find the second bedroom with 2 single beds. The house is located on a plot of 1200m2 and has a garage/carport
