Villa Zara is in a beautiful peaceful position with lots of space for our family of 3 generations with enough separate bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. A lovely pool enjoyed by all, even though a little cold in April/May we still used it in the hot weather. Sarah was very helpful and communicative and Joan who oversees the property could not have done more to assist us and make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend for a family holiday. Only 20 minutes drive to beautiful medieval villages and picturesque coves with sandy beaches.

Wunderschönes historisches Anwesen mit zauberhaftem Garten in einer traumhaft schönen Landschaft. Bäder und Küche mit viel Charme, wenn auch nicht top renoviert. Wir waren 10 Tage mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und Freunden dort und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Elena war immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns ein sehr gutes Restaurant in der Nähe empfohlen.

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect spot for us before welcoming our baby next month. All we wanted was somewhere to relax in the sun and float in a pool, and this was a great spot for doing just that. The house has a choice of three different balcony areas. We loved lounging in the shade of the second floor balcony when the sun was at its peak, and enjoying a late lunch on the top floor terrace, with a parasol available if needed, and of course cooling off in the pool whenever the mood took us. Calonge is a short drive to other neighbourhoods that we already know and love, including Begur, Aigua Blava and Tamariu. So there was plenty for us to visit and explore nearby if we wanted to go out for lunch or dinner. Daphne and Ferran were great hosts, and were very welcoming, communicative and helpful whenever we had any questions. Thank you both for a lovely stay!

Spent a lovely week in this house with our 3 year old granddaughter. Terrace had comfortable seating for eating and relaxing with nice view and we made good use of the bbq. Pool area was great with plenty of seating, pool toys and fridge. Very easy walk into Begur and good local supermarket at bottom of hill. A few minor issues with the air con were dealt with very promptly by Becky and Roger who were helpful and friendly. Nearby main road was busy and could be a bit noisy at times but it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the place. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our week in this fantastic villa. The house is beautiful and offered a lot of areas for just relaxing and hanging out, both inside and outside. We spent a lot of time in the super nice pool. Mornings outside the kitchen terrace was peaceful watching out over the shoreline and enjoying the flowers in the garden. The host Jacques is very welcoming and gave us a lot of useful tips, both for the house and Sant Pol de mar. He answered directly every time. We highly recommended this villa!

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Super Pool und Terrasse mit Aussicht auf die ganze Bucht und den Hafen. Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet, alle Schlafzimmer mit tollen Badezimmern und sehr großzügiger Aufenthaltsbereich im Erdgeschoss. Costa Brava Suites hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und sich während unserem Aufenthalt stets sehr schnell um unsere Anfragen gekümmert.

better than expected. beautiful space and vila. spacious and well equipped. everything was perfect....we wished we could have stayed longer! hosts were friendly and flexible which was really great. I would definitely recommend the area and the villa. we were a party of 9 and there was plenty of space for us all, as well as towels, bedding, hairdryers, toiletries etc. Please note the cleaning charge payable on arrival....its stated in the details but not obvious so could be unexpected....but even with this added, the villa is great value for money. Shop 5mins walk away and the town with plenty of restaurants 10min walk. pool was clean and big enough for us all. off street parking for 2 cars...extra cars could park nearby. Just fabulous. thank you for a wonderful few days in paradise!

Incredible home, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We enjoyed a relaxing stay as a group of friends, enjoying the pool, bbq, pool table, table tennis and the surrounding grounds are beautiful for walking.

La casa está en un sitio precioso que te da total intimidad. Es una casa grande con con WC con ducha en cada habitación. Tiene un gran piscina y una zona ajardinada suficiente. Tiene muy buenos electrodomésticos y todo tipo de menaje. Mejor que lo que parece en las fotos. Lógicamente el estar en ese lugar conlleva necesitar coche pero merece mucho la pena. El trato con Carolina y Ana ha sido excelente, siempre dispuestas para atendernos con cualquier cosa. Recomiendo muchísimo la casa.

Cadre exceptionnel. Idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme et la tranquille. Obligation de prendre la voiture pour aller en ville mais cela se fait en quelques minutes. La vue est magnifique et nous pouvons en profiter de quasiment toutes les pièces de la maison. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, lumineuse... Les consignes à l'arrivée sont très claires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Les chambres sont tout à fait convenables. Grâce aux ventilateurs mis à disposition, la température reste agréable, même en période de forte chaleur, à condition bien sûr de prendre les précautions habituelles dans les régions chaudes, comme fermer les volets en journée. La maison est vraiment conçue pour profiter de l’extérieur : la piscine, le terrain de tennis, les espaces ombragés… tout est parfaitement aménagé. Nous y avons séjourné avec deux jeunes enfants qui se sont régalés ! Ils ont passé des heures à jouer dans la piscine et à profiter du grand espace extérieur en toute sécurité. La piscine devient vite un lieu de vie, idéale pour se rafraîchir, partager un apéritif ou passer un bon moment. Mention spéciale au coin barbecue, vraiment exceptionnel pour les soirées d’été. En résumé : ne cherchez pas plus loin, choisissez la maison de Javier. Vous y serez tellement

Amazing place to stay, better in reality compared to online pictures. So many things to do indoor that you don’t t have to worry even if it rains. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend some time with your family!

Jedním slovem DOKONALÉ. Vůbec se nám nechtělo vilu opouštět. Všechno je čisté, prostorné, krásné výhledy. Tento dům má daleko větší hodnotu než jakou za něj zaplatíte. Měli jsme tady s rodinou krásný čas a ještě jednou děkujeme za všechno 🥰

Lovely house, stylishly furnished, very spacious with lots of outside areas. Beautiful sea views, my favorite time of day was waking up and enjoying coffee on the terrace overlooking the sea. Very welcoming host Becky, who greeted us in person on arrival and came to see us off. Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this house! Mark

הבית מאוד מרווח, מאובזר, שקט, עם גינה נהדרת ומשטחים ירוקים, מטופחים ורחבים מאוד. יש אווירה מזמינה, נעימה וביתית. מאוד נהיננו מהישיבה בחוץ, הפטיו והגריל! צוות ניהול הבית Emerald Stay היה נהדר וקשוב מאוד. ביקורת בונה: לא היו הוראות לגבי הפעלת החימום, לא היו מגבות נוספות (גם לא לבריכה) ומצעים נוספים למקרה חירום (2 מהאורחים היו ילדים).

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Fotos entsprachen der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool im Garten ist groß und perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Fragen wurden schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un week-end exceptionnel dans un magnifique logement ! Tout était parfait : propre, bien décoré, confortable et très bien équipé. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. Merci encore pour cette belle parenthèse, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We loved our stay. The Villa and garden area were amazing. The host and his wife were lovely and very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The Villa was very clean and well equipped, along with the bonus of spa robes for the hot tub, good quality bath towels, beach towels. They also included many daily essentials. We also enjoyed our walks to the beach and being close to the supermarket. Highly recommend.
