House from 1932 renovated while maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

Casa típica de poble, completament reformada i equipada. Molt acollidora i pràctica. Trobareu molta tranquil·litat. És una casa amb molta llum. Està situada a 5 minuts de tots els serveis del poble (farmàcia, bars, restaurants, supermercats, botigues, ...). Per anar a les platges hi ha 15 minuts caminant. Està situada en una zona del poble molt tranquila i calmada. No hi ha problema d'aparcament. Podreu aparcar molt aprop de la casa. No disposa de wifi.
