We were 5 people in the accommodation for a week and we liked it very much. Miquel and his father were very nice, we got a great briefing and also the fruit that was provided upon our arrival made us very happy as well as the Mallorcan cake we got. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is really nothing missing here. The outdoor seating area is very cozy, we really sat here every evening. On the recommendation of Miquel's father, we visited the restaurant in St. Magdalena and were very enthusiastic. The proximity to the city of Inca ensures that there are enough shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and due to the central location we were able to explore the island very well. With two small cars (Fiat 500 and Seat Ibiza) we could easily park in the driveway. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back. Thanks a lot!

Beautiful villa, with a nice terrace, a pool and a pretty garden. Everything was nice, the house was very well equipped (towels, wifi, Air Conditioning). The house was clean and tidy. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was fully equipped, the style is clean and cozy. The entire house and outdoor area are clean. There was even a barbecue grill. We loved our days there. We ended up renting a car, because even though the mini market in Cala Pi has a lot of groceries, it is easier to get around with a rental for shopping and seeing other places. We are planning to come again. Thank you!

We had a very nice week with Silvia and Juan. The property is beautiful, spacious and with a fenced pool and table tennis table, ideal for families with children! We had breakfast on the terrace every day and let the day end. There were umbrellas for the beach and even children's toys. It was especially practical for us that there was a washing machine. When traveling with small children, this is a great relief! The only negative was that the time flew by too quickly. We would definitely come back. ☀️

It was our second time staying here. We love this place! The house is perfect for a big group (we were 6 adults, 2 kids and a newborn). The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor kitchen area is great too. We appreciated the quiet area, the patio and the pool. It's great that there are mosquito nets at all bedroom windows as well as AC to cool down the bedrooms before going to bed. During the night we didn't need AC because it's so quiet outside you can sleep with open windows. The beach is 10 minutes away by car and it was not problem to find free parking close to the beach. The communication with Marga & Toni was super easy and we were able to check in by ourselves. We received detailed information on how to find the house, check in as well as recommendations a couple of days before our arrival.

It has been an absolute blessing for us to find this cosy Airbnb! A very nice neighborhood that offers a lot. Walking to the beach and even bus stops nearby! The house contains everything you could ask for. We were surprised by a beautiful rooftop terrace! Francisca is a great and friendly host and responds within the minute. A real recommendation for those who want to stay in Mallorca.

Superb setting central for all the amenities. Bars restaurants and beach all within a five minutes walk. Jesus was a great host nothing was a problem to him 24 hour contact if required. He also organised fantastic taxi transfers. Would highly recommend this villa for families everything you could want.

Marina’s house is beautiful, even better than the pictures! She is very nice as well, responsive, friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

We had the most amazing time here! The villa was really well equipped and the outside area was lovely. The villa is within walking distance of a big supermarket, the centre of the town and the beach which made it an ideal location for anyone without a car. Rudi was really helpful and very responsive with quick replies to any questions we had whilst we were there. Would definitely recommend!

Really nice house with lots of room for all of us (we were 10 people). We were especially happy with the pool in the garden, the ping-pong table and the pool table as well as the large and well-equipped kitchen. There was only a short walk to the sea where we had morning bathing every day while we enjoyed the sunrise. Cute and welcoming hosts. Recommended.

The house Is amazing for a big group. the swimming pool outside is special, we had great time! You have a supermarket 5min walk and an incredible beach at 10min walk. Magaluf and Palma are easily accessible also by bus. A big room downstairs is perfect if you want to put some music without disturbing anyone around. Thanks to Janet, it was a special holiday!

Great house with a great view and it had everything we needed for our stay (7ppl on a golftrip). Matias was always easy to communicate with and he even gave us recommendation where to book shuttle service as we were a larger group. Flexible with check in and check out which was much appreciated. I can recommend the house if you want a spacious place in a calm area but still close to everything Palma has to offer.

Theresa and her husband welcomed us very hospitably. We were welcome even before the formal check in time. Theresa was always quick to respond to any questions . We were welcomed with delicious Mallorcan specialities.

Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with. The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout. We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in Kikos villa and the resort than back home. We will be definitely back... thanks Kiko and Family, all the very best and good luck with the remainder of the season

We loved our stay at David's house! We were a group of six people and we all fit in perfectly, with more than enough space to be comfortable. The house was impeccable, very well maintained, and had everything you need to enjoy some unforgettable days. In addition, David was an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely repeat and recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-managed place. A 10-star experience!

We stayed at Pablo's place with four adults and one small child (20 months). We've been quite happy with the place. The location is nice, a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself provides everything you need, though you could feel some equipment has seen better days. We were especially happy to have a fence for the pool and a safety bar for the chairs, both made it much easier with our little one. On top, Pablo's communication was always kind and very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he quickly sorted it out. All in all, we very much appreciated staying at this place!

We had a family vacation. We loved it. It turned out so our flight was delayed, but the hosts waited for us even though we arrived quite late. The place was clean and prepared for us and the hosts are nice and genuine people. It is also worth noting the presence of a smart cat, which added to our experience at home even more. Recommended.

We had a very nice stay. The house is spacious. You can always find a great place outside and the area is pleasantly quiet. Nevertheless, you can easily walk to the city and to the beach. We will be happy to come back here.
