Holiday rentals with lake access in Llevant

It felt like a home I can live at. It was across the street from the beach access. Lots of parking for my car rental. It’s on the second floor and has a nice balcony and the backyard was nice. Marc was very responsive and helpful answering questions. There’s a really nice bakery down the road with tasty coffee and French and local pastries.

We spent almost a week there. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a fantastic time. Thank you for being such a welcoming host Pablo, both of you :)

Micha's place is as described and absolutely feasible for up to 8 people, also the room which is located at the front of the house is perfect for someone who likes to be undisturbed. The pool was sparkling clean and preheated at our request. The kitchen equipment has everything you need. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The equipment of the living area is functional. The property is almost invisible and even without lockable rooms we did not feel uncomfortable. It takes 10 minutes to get to the beach, and a 5-minute walk to the nearest shopping. Your car can be parked right in front of the door. Overall, a very good value for money. We will be happy to come back.

This house with its small, charming garden is an oasis in the middle of Alcudia’s touristy hotel district. It is located right by an artificial lake, offering beautiful views from both the shaded terrace and the bedroom. In the garden, there are kayaks that we used in the evenings to go paddling on the lake with the kids. The sea is also very close, so if your main goal is to spend time at the beach, getting there is very easy. The atmosphere of the house is truly homely, with a sense of history. The walls are adorned with art throughout, and the living room features an impressive library, mainly focused on art history, architecture, and nature. The hostess and her musician son are extremely kind and welcoming people. It was a perfect fit for our family, and we truly loved it!

We were eight people, and the house was just right for our needs. Area was peaceful, and within reasonable walking distance from the beach. Antonia was very helpful, and the couple who met us were very friendly. Altogether I can recommend this place.

we loved the house and the area around. A very nice and well furnished house also ideal with children. The pool and the beautiful bay is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The host is also a very heart person and would recommend you as well as the house immediately. The price for this accommodation is completely justified. The only thing you have to keep in mind is the high price for the final cleaning as well as for electricity consumption. We thank our host very much and the next time we are in Mallorca we would always travel back to him and to a beautiful house.

We are so glad we chose Rosa's place. There were 4 of us staying and the house had plenty of room. It's in an incredible location just across the street from the quietest part of the (amazing) beach. There are alot of amenities close by, grocery stores and restaurants. The back patio looks over the lake, making for wonderful meals outside. Communication with the host and her son was excellent. They were very responsive and gave us great local suggestions. The home was very clean and had all the things you need for a self catered stay. There was even water and beer in the fridge on our arrival. Garbage bags, soap pods and detergent were all on hand at check in. It's these small touches that separate a good place from a great place and this place was fabulous. The house is very well appointed well kept and you could feel the love and care Rosa and her son Toni put into this place. I would highly recommend staying here if you come to Mallorca and are looking for a place to stay.

This air BnB is perfect for a stay in Palma. It’s the best of both worlds in terms of location. It’s in a peaceful area with a great view from the terrace and amenities nearby, whilst also only being a 30 min walk to the city centre or a short and affordable taxi journey in! The terrace is perfect for sunbathing and the apartment itself was clean, spacious and like the photos. Pepe and co were very responsive and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend this spot.

It was just the perfect place to stay. Great location, beautifully furnished, didn’t want to leave we just loved it. Two seconds to the beach and such a wonderful location.

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

We had a very nice stay with our family (child of 3 and a baby) in David's apartment. Communication went very well. It is in a very good location, close to the beach and to the harbor with all the restaurants. Son Xorigeur is also good for walking. It was clean, spacious (also a spacious balcony which was very nice) and the kitchen is very complete. The only thing we missed were good curtains. Highly recommended to stay here!

Canyamel has been a discovery, a quiet place, far away but perfect for rest and the beach. The apartment, as indicated by the hosts, on the second line of the beach, comfortable and prepared. We were lucky and didn't suffer from heatwave, so the temperature was bearable. We would go back to this area and this house without hesitation.

My family and I loved our stay. Joanna was extremely responsive and a great host. Location is just across the road from the beach, and close to cafes and supermarkets. House is old but has everything you need. The only slight fault we had was the very limited supplies provided (no salt, oil, sugar), and wifi was a little patchy in some areas of the house. But otherwise we loved it and highly recommend Joanna’s place.

Beautiful apartment, very bright, ideal for a family with children. Shops nearby and you can walk to the beach. Parking under the house Very happy with our rental and recommend it.

My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing week, the apartment is in very chilled surroundings with a lovely pool area in a quiet complex. Great little supermarket on site which caters for everything you might need and 2 nice beaches within a short walk. A number of lovely restaurants too, not so much in the marina area which we weren’t massively keen on but there’s certainly something for everyone close by. Richard was very helpful and responsive, the apartment was clean and had a brand new bathroom with good shower. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back, Menorca is a beautiful island.
