Pretty independent studio of 18m2 for 2 people (suitable for wheelchair), there is a sofa bed whose mattress is of very good quality. It opens onto a pleasant courtyard with an electric barbecue. SAINT-FELIU-DUps is a small peaceful village close to Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d 'Illes, and beautiful hiking spots. 30 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountain. Bed and bath linen are provided.

Ideally located in the Catalan hinterland, you are close to nature, 25 minutes from the beaches and 15 minutes from Perpignan. Also on the Roussillon Wine Route. Newly renovated, the cottage is located at the back of a main house and has a private exterior still a bit under construction which explains its low price.
