We had a great time and the are is beautiful!!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's! The photos don't do the place justice, which is absolutely amazing. The large bedrooms have huge beds, the bathrooms are great, and I'm not talking about the outside. Multiple touches for us. The accommodation is well located for exploring. Our favorite for the beaches was the communal beach of Osmate, a gem! And the El Fogador River. The environment is a bit noisy during the day with the airport, highway and railway track (but our children were fascinated by the planes passing by!), but it's quiet at night. Thank you for everything, Monica!

Federica was always super helpful. The house is huge and has many amenities, including barbecue, Ping pong, board games, a well-served kitchen, and a huge living room with a fireplace. We only had a small problem with the heaters but Federica was always responsive and available to come home to assist us.

The house has an excellent location x view and also x get around being practically in front of Monte Isola. Matteo is a delight, he always responds and also in a timely manner to every message and if there are problems he does everything possible to solve them. I recommend everyone to stay this house, you will not be disappointed.

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Perfect stay! The house was exactly as in the photos: clean, cozy and with attention to detail. Check-in was simple and on time. The host was kind and helpful for every need, always responding quickly. I absolutely recommend it to those looking for a quiet accommodation!

The accommodation is great for holidays with many people. The good air conditioning (on each floor) was particularly helpful for the stay in June. We also liked the terrace/roof terrace.

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

This place is conveniently located near everything one may need during their trip and most importantly, the host is amazing (responsive, accommodating, and polite).

Fantastic place and grounds Family loved it

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

We were very happy with the place. The pool is a good way to cool off. The accommodation is functionally furnished and has everything you need. There are also delicious restaurants nearby and you can get to Milan relatively quickly by car or bus and train. Overall, the accommodation is well suited and recommended for a couple or a small family.

A paradise with a magical view. We were able to enjoy it to the fullest and would be happy to come back.

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.

Villa Diletta is very nice and idyllically located, you can visit a winery nearby (very nice!). In addition, you can go to small restaurants nearby, which are very tasty. It may be good to have a car for excursions. The owners of the villa were really very nice and always gave tips or helped. The pool is very nice and although the owners live in the same house we had a lot of privacy and space to ourselves. We would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

A great place in a quiet environment. The host was nice, welcoming and hospitable. We had good communication and they did everything they could to make sure we had a nice stay.
