Centre ville d’Orléans et quartier de La Source (Universités, BRGM, CNRS...) accessibles en 10mn en voiture ou à vélo (piste cyclable à proximité directe). Le Zénith et Co’Met sont rapidement accessibles à pied. Nombreux commerces à proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie, boucherie, caviste, bar-tabac, Poste, restaurants, supermarchés, zone commerciale etc). Bus à 5/10mn, tram à 15mn à pied.

Nous proposons également l'option Love Room ( bougies , ballon à l'hélium , pétale de rose ) pour 50 euros supplémentaire.(incluant les frais de ménages de 50 euros).
