The house is quietly located near the Canal d 'Orléans (within walking distance for bucolic walks), it is full of vintage charm and decorated with care and taste, and super well equipped, including the kitchen. The two outdoor spaces are ideal for moments with family or friends: a garden furniture sheltered by a century-old lime tree (or even millennium) on the street side, a terrace with pool and garden on the courtyard side to remake the world around a barbecue. In short, we would definitely recommend this beautiful house, which makes you want to come back!

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and lack of a ramp. The same goes for small children... there is still a risk that they will fall by accident...

we had a great stay, the mill is very nice in May the stove was there to warm up in the evening but in summer it must be very nice and very cool. the bedrooms are spacious several have a bathroom. but the strong point remains the exteriors the fact of being able to soak our feet to cool off, to have several small corners to get in the sun or in the shade. 2 terraces for meals, this bbq fire pit that allowed us to have party stories around the fire it was topissisime I recommend this place

Perfect stay to unplug and take your time. Marie's welcome was at the top: she was able to quickly answer our questions and even offered us some activities to discover nearby. The accommodation is very well appointed, with a soothing decoration — special mention for candles, which we even took the time to count😄. The space is great for practicing manual activities or just enjoying a quiet moment. A refreshing weekend that we recommend.

little corner of paradise that Faustia and her family shared with us. Everything is well thought out. It's happiness for animals and humans. A lot of serenity emerges. A very pleasant place. The accommodations are well-equipped. We don't miss anything. Small touches like fresh eggs in the studio and spices available. the bedding is great! the view of the accommodation is magnificent. on the horses. the little extra of the jaccusi and hammam excellent (in addition). the walk in the middle of the horses in freedom. dogs, chickens, goats, ducks, rabbits.. we feel this little serene world. ping pong table, deckchair, etc. a communion with nature. very refreshing stay. wifi sometimes capricious. but we don't come here for that. i recommend it.

We really enjoyed our quick visit to James’s place. Lovely village close to Orleans and also a natural park and lake. Highly recommend 😀

Very nice house full of charm and quiet, nice walks nearby. We were 5 adults and two children to celebrate Christmas, each had their own bedroom and bathroom, which allows everyone to have their privacy. The living rooms are spacious and allow everyone to gather by the fire! Special mention for the tree installed that allowed us to celebrate Christmas almost like at home!

We spent 2 nights in Saint Viatre in a peaceful and spacious environment. Fabienne's mother is really adorable, Fabienne was very responsive, nothing to say. I was even able to fish in their pond. Our dog was the happiest with this beautiful property. I highly recommend it for relaxing and having a pleasant stay in Sologne. Once again, thank you for everything!

Something went wrong with the booking, but that was very nicely resolved by the host Pascal. The location is beautiful and romantically situated on a river. The house is spacious and fully furnished, with great attention to detail. The garden has also been laid out with care and attention, which made the stay extra pleasant. A short walk from the parking lot. Recommended!
