The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Elle se compose de 2 chambres climatisées à l’étage et d’une chambre au RDC, d’une salle d’eau , d’une salle de bain ,d'un salon (40m2) et d’une grande cuisine (30m2) climatisés donnant sur un espace extérieur intimiste.

Located just 300m from arguably one of the nicest sandy beaches on the island (plage des prises) in one direction and the wonderful marais and the oyster cabins in the other.
