The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. In the charming village of Loix, we rent our outbuilding of 75m2 with 2 bedrooms, terrace and garden facing south. The land is common to our house but the buildings are far enough away and the small house is completely independent. The place is a haven of peace and is close to small uncrowded beaches, the Fier d 'Ars and one of the wildest parts of the island, while remaining accessible and close to the village center...

Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
