Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay in this nice house. The house was clean and all the necessities were present. The fact that you can walk directly from the house directly into the beautiful nature was for us (and the dog) the biggest plus. As far as we are concerned, it is subject to repetition!

I had some very relaxing days in the green cottage. The place is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for unwinding. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately I was not able to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

We were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden in which our children and our dog felt really comfortable. There were also plenty of toys for children, which made the stay extra enjoyable. The location is quiet and ideal for excursions to Karlovy Vary and surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and helpful – you feel immediately welcome. We would book this Airbnb again at any time if we vacation near Karlovy Vary again! Thank you 👍👍

Nice space for larger groups. The contact with Petra was great. We had smaller children with us and had to be very careful because of the road, as it runs close to the house. For older children, however, this should not be a problem

Super neat stay. The surroundings are wonderful for nature lovers. We were with 3 children, and had plenty of sleeping space. The sauna and play area are a big plus.

At the beginning of the check-in, there was a small challenge, but it was immediately clarified. We found Petr to be very, very helpful and generous. The apartment is ideally situated. We felt safe in the fenced area. The cleanliness in the building was strikingly positive - especially in the wellness area. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary and seemed very spacious. Sufficient storage space through chests of drawers and cupboards made it very inviting. Happy to come back! Recommendation goes out.

Great accommodation for a larger group in beautiful surroundings. Facility a bit old, but clean and as described. Large lounge with fireplace, sauna and also large property with covered barbecue, pool, small playground, etc. Host responded very quickly to requests. The water quality is not outstanding, quite strong chlorine smell and yellowish color, we then preferred to get water canisters from the supermarket for cooking. Apart from that, everything was good, we had a few very nice days. Thank you.

Nice apartment overlooking the city for 2 people. The check-in process was very easy. We just missed a window curtain or blinds, it was a full moon, so it was hard to sleep. I recommend staying with Lucie.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

Good value for money. Very friendly likeable owners. Eating with them in the restaurant a few houses away is recommended.

The place looked like the photos and we really liked using the sauna (note: have coins ready!). The house is beautifully restored and so centrally located that we did not have to use the car. The parking right outside the door was great for us as a family. In the kitchen, we would have liked a few more utensils. Especially if you like to cook or are really there with 4-6 people, cutlery and plates quickly become scarce. We would have liked a vegetable peeler, garlic press, egg cup and measuring cup. However, Ms. Uhlig was always easy to reach and immediately sent someone when the drain was clogged and the hot water didn't really want to. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very nice house in a quiet location. Everything was there to make a short vacation with friends successful.

Everything went very smoothly. The smooth owl is very idyllically located by the forest and the equipment was above average. Glad to come back!

A spacious apartment almost in the city center, the colonnade and swimming pool can be reached in a couple of minutes. The apartment has wonderful energy and it is convenient to do everything: cook, do yoga, watch movies on a comfortable sofa and so on. Tеtiana is a wonderful photographer and the walls of the apartment are beautifully decorated.

We enjoyed our stay with the family. A worm and cosy place. The view from masters bedroom is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need. We did daily trips to discover local nature and happily returned to this place to recover for next day adventures.

Very nice place to stay in a great location. The summer toboggan run and all activities are within walking distance. The communication with Vanessa was great. The place is really well decorated. We'd love to come back :)
