Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lokva Rogoznica

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We had such a lovely time here! Toni and his wife Ivana were very warm and welcoming and gave great recommendations on nearby beaches, restaurants, and other things to do. They even had a few snacks for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated- made settling in so easy! The pool was beautiful and honestly, the view from the front balcony is breath taking. Splitska is a quiet little town, but has several restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the house. Supetar is only 10 minutes away and has big grocery stores for any needs you may have. Postira is another cute town only 10-15 minutes away as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

We had a delayed flight and showed up to Irenas place quite late, but her mother in law was still there to greet us and could not have been nicer. When we got into the apartment we were gifted with some smoked meats and cheeses, tomatoes and bread. Such a beautiful touch and we enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment itself was very clean, had everything we needed and beautiful scenes from the balcony. The apartment is up a hill but it's a nice walk up the hill and nothing we weren't able for. At night it was so peaceful, and waking up every morning to the sea was amazing. Irenas mother in law was very helpful and she let us know where we could find her if we needed anything. This Airbnb is one of the nicest I have stayed in and at a very reasonable cost, I can't believe we found such a hidden gem!! We would love to stay here again when we are back in Omis (we will definitely be back!) if irena and her fanily would have us. Thank you for a beautiful and perfect stay xx❤️

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment 2 mins walk to the most beautiful beach & same to the harbour ... A lovely apartment spacious for 2 with all u need and a comfortable bed ..There is a hotel built in front but still has a seaview with a beautiful sunset every evening. When we got off the ferry there was no taxi and a long wait for the bus without even asking Vinko offered to pick us up. We had a late flight so he allowed us to change in his home and store our luggage so we could spend the last day enjoying Postira ..On request he organised a taxi at a good price to take us back to the ferry . We will definitely be back Vinko u are a gentleman:))

location location location. a 15 min walk and ur in old town and a 10 min walk ur at the Pokonji dollar Beach. modern design and furnishings. very comfortable and welcoming. the host was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable and the apartment is simply a dream. The view of the sea is breathtaking and all rooms are flooded with light. The amenities are perfect, everything can be found in the kitchen. The location is great and you can reach the beach in a short distance. The pool is perfectly nestled in the green outdoor area, there are lots of small retreats.

We loved our short stay here. Katarina met us when we arrived even tho it was quite late. lovely apartment, very peaceful and beautiful view and surroundings. Just a short walk down to Trogir old town. Highly recommend this place.

Staying at Linda’s apartment in Split was an absolute delight. The apartment looked exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures—spacious, spotlessly clean, and stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. Everything we could have needed was there, and we felt immediately at home. The location couldn’t have been better: just steps away from all the main sights and attractions of the city. The airport pickup went smoothly, and Baldo was incredibly kind and helpful. He shared amazing recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems around Split, which made our stay even more special. Truly, everything was perfect—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us, Linda. We would love to come back and stay in this beautiful apartment again on our next visit to Split!

Where to start. The apparent is stunning. Lovingly designed with beautiful natural materials and the views over the bay are stunning. And Marijan is the most super of hosts. So friendly. Made us feel completely at home. And could not do enough for us across our whole stay. And my kids loved him too.

If you are on the fence about booking here - do it. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip - with Tomi it genuinely felt like we were staying with family. The house itself was clean and cozy, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy lazy mornings or cool evenings. The location is amazing. You are a short walk to the downtown center, waterfront, and restaurant area. We also took the bikes to the park for a couple beach days while we stayed here which I highly recommend. Lastly, we cannot say enough good things about Tomi. He is an incredible host - extremely attentive to the little details, has amazing recommendations on how to spend your time, and is a lovely person to talk with (with lots of historical knowledge about Split). He will be as hands-off or hands-on as you want him to be. His mantra was "it is no problem, you just sit back and relax" and that truly elevated our experience. You will be treated better than at a 5-star hotel! Thank you for everything Tomi!

Nenad is an amazing host that is responsive and helpful. He showed us a short path to town and provided great suggestions during our stay! We wish we could have stayed longer as the house and pool proved to be an oasis with great privacy for a few days!

There were three of us in the villa with our daughter. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is an easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. The communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

We had an incredible stay at this villa as a group of 6 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tracey was an amazing host, greeting us personally at check in and check out, which made it feel warm and personal. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything ran smoothly. The swimming pool, BBQ area, and pool table were perfect for relaxing and having fun. The space was super generous, with room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to it each day felt like a dream. A standout moment was the surprise dinner by a local chef and a lovely bottle of house wine, such a thoughtful touch. Tracey was also very responsive throughout our stay. It was a truly unforgettable getaway, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape. We’re already planning to return!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location that has everything you need, would recommend to all!

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift from the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the opportunity to check in early. Everything was clean and the host briefed us and gave us tips on local attractions. We'll be back!

Even though the way to the accommodation was a bit adventurous, it was worth it for the view and the tranquility. We made nice memories in the accommodation and would recommend it to anyone.
