Only 10 minutes walk from iconic sites: Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, Chinatown, Coit Tower, Lombard (Crookedest) St, and the cable car stops just around the corner. This is a single family home. I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. The outside deck is the perfect location to take in the amazing views, relax and recharge for your next beach adventure.

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
