Kid-friendly holiday rentals in London Borough of Lewisham

Stayed with some friends and this was exactly what we needed, a homely house to relax in the evening. Chris was super responsive and friendly and their cats were delightful. Really lovely neighbourhood. I’d definitely stay there again!

The place is really great. It's a wonderful house and it's near Hilly Fields. The cat, Nissim, is easy to look after and there is everything you need in the house. Also, Toni was very responsive and helpful. Easily one of the best places we stayed in.

I came just for a concert at the O2, it was super easy to navigate, a fairly short trip by bus. Great location overal. The house is lovely and cozy, felt safe in the area too. Would stay again!

Book it! Just got back after participating in the 2025 London Marathon. House...amazing, simply lovely 😃 Host (Catherine) way way way beyond amazing. Honestly feels like we've known her for years now, despite having just met...a truly wonderful person and more pleasant and helpful than you could possibly wish for !! locality is spot on, right off Blackheath centre but really peaceful. Mulling over? Book it!!

Great location. Nice walk to the train station. Close to Lewisham. Easy to park outside Hilary’s house Hilary is very lovely, helpful and friendly. Felt at home in her cosy house. Highly recommend her and will stay there again in the future.

Laura was extremely responsive & happy to provide any information. The house was very clean & we were relaxed there from the start. The beds were excellent & we all slept well…better than usual! Kitchen lots of room & with four of us, didn’t feel crowded & so we ate there often. Great fish & chips around the corner & a number of other good restaurants really close. Quiet & safe. All in all a really great 2 weeks.

We loved this location. We walked each am through Hillyfields Park. Our family enjoyed the trip and the location was very close to where our extended family lives. Easy access to Brockley Station and Ladywell. Very easy access by train to Central London. Grocery store (Co-op) and restaurants near by. Would stay here again.

This was a great home to stay for our first week in the UK as we explored London. We are a family of 5, so finding a place that gave us enough comfort and space was essential. Héloïse's home was a peaceful break from our daily outings in London. It is a 40min train ride in, which we didn't mind at all. If you too are going into London and do not have a car, the only thing I would note is groceries would be easier to grab in London to bring back - the grocery stores that are a 10-15min walk are very small - and of those, we would recommend the Sainsbury on the other side of the train tracks. Héloïse's home is lovely, artful, quiet & peaceful. Thank you!

Had a lovely time at Marcela's place, it was close to lots of things but also incredibly peaceful for some nice R&R!

Laura’s place was perfect for our needs, visiting family close by. The flat was spotless, supplied tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, salt and pepper which amazingly some Airbnb’s don’t. Very comfortable stay. Walking distance from Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye park. Both beautiful open spaces. Good shopping and restaurants close by.

Bexs place is a perfect base for those looking for a quiet but accessible corner of London. We loved snuggling up with Earl the characterful cat! Lovely and clean with everything we needed to make us feel at home. Bex is a great host and quick to answer our questions with plenty of local knowledge to point us in the right direction. We'd love to return.

We easily located the apartment but we had some difficulty opening key lock box; Alex was extremely helpful and would have attended property but we eventually did it! Putting key lock in higher position would be better perhaps. The apartment was lovely ; bed very comfortable and we enjoyed our 3 night stay whilst visiting family member in Nunhead. We would stay again. ✔️

June provided great advice for all our train and tube travels around London and beyond! We were greeted with supplies and stock food items to help us acclimate! Her kindness was greatly appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay at Evan and Gloria's apartment. it was amazingly clean and spacious, lovely stylish decor, just like the photos. Everything was perfect and they have obviously put a lot of thought and care into designing a comfortable and welcoming space with everything you could possibly want or need. There are lots of good transport links nearby, cafes, restaurants. The Horniman Museum wasn't very far away and a fabulous afternoon was spent there. We were visiting family nearby and this was a perfect place to stay just around the corner. Thank you so much.

Robin’s apartment was perfect for our needs as a family with young children (6 and 10 years) on a city holiday in London. After intense and activity-filled days in the city centre, it was wonderful to return to the peaceful Lewisham Hill, with its comfy sofa, TV, and large dining table. A charming apartment filled with lovely things – especially the pictures, photographs, and plants. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We can highly recommend it

Tara and Milo were incredibly nice and super quick to respond to help. A major highlight was Oliver, one of the sweetest cats I've ever met – he truly made the stay even more special. The location was ideal, offering a stay away from central London while still providing great cafes, restaurants, and parks nearby to visit and easy train access to the city.

Host: Elena is a wonderful host. Super responsive and even provides video directions on how to get to the apartment. Place: the apartment has all you need for a great stay. Safe, spacious and very beautifully decorated. Great connectivity to the city and train stations. Thanks for hosting us!

The flat is very cozy and the location is perfect. The flat is located in a nice house where the host lives as well and it has everything that you need for a short 2-person stay in London. It's not exactly downtown London, but the area is beautiful and it's easy to get into town from nearby stations. I would actually argue that there is no need to go to central London because the Peckham / New Cross / Nunhead - area in South London is worth a visit. Stephanie was very welcoming and nice and gave us some good recommendations to explore the area. Practical stuff: - The kitchen is small and basic, which is totally fine for a short stay. - Make sure to find the right door when arriving to the flat.
