Holiday rentals with beach access in Long Island

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

Jay’s stay was perfect for a stay in Long Beach. Very easily walkable to nearby restaurants/shops. Would stay again!

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. This listing was everything advertised and more. The location, various amenities, cleanliness, safety, location, host responsiveness and attentiveness were top notch! Our host made sure that communication was a top priority every step of the way. The host went above and beyond to provide a truly unique and memorable experience for me and my family. We stayed two nights at Alisa and Lena’s place. The place was just as described, comfy and very quiet. Would definitely recommend it for a visit in the area.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Felt like a real home! Was very pleased upon immediate entry as they included items to accommodate my family specially (baby-proofed doors and stairs, high chair, etc.). Host was always very responsive and friendly. Everything in home was nice and in great condition. We hope to rent this home again in the future!

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. My family of 4 (including a 2 and 6 year old) stayed at Chris’ place for two nights for a quick getaway for spring break. Chris was incredibly helpful, by providing suggestions for us/the kids on local attractions, and was quick to help us problem solve when we couldn’t find a blender attachment for our morning smoothies. The house is beautiful, well equipped (especially with kid-specific items (high chair, stroller, books), and he also provided some provisions for our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in this area!

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

The location is fantastic, the beach is wide, sandy, well kept, with a couple bar/restaurants just a short walk. The room is compact but was very clean with a comfy bed and good water pressure for showering off the sand. Host is responsive. Checkin instructions are clear and worth paying close attention to the because the blocks between shore rd and the beach only interconnect within each beach club.

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

Fantastic weekend spent in Montauk! Close to everything. Matthew was quick to respond to my questions before we arrived. Would defiantly book again!
