Rrezarta was amazing she is warm and welcoming and very helpful. The apartment has all the stuff you need for a family and beach stuff too!

Benjamin's place is all you expect and more. It is clean, roomy, comfortable, and quiet. My family is all about comfortable temperatures and the AC makes each room feel great. If you are sitting on the deck, off the kitchen, there is a breeze with pretty sunrises and sunsets. Ben was a thoughtful host! I reached out with one simple question and before we knew it we had items delivered to the door - for our family and our dog! It was a delightful and welcoming touch. The cottage is so comfortable with fabulous bedding, a fantastic Jacuzzi tub, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full coffee and tea bar! Such a generous amenity. I highly recommend Benjamin's cottage.

The house was very nice and comfortable for 5 adults, a child, and 2 dogs. Being able to walk down the stairs from the deck and literally be on the beach was incredible. Fantastic space, gorgeous views, and luckily the perfect weather to enjoy it all! Can't wait to rent again next year!

I had a very nice stay at the Rex. It is dog friendly and very clean. Although my space was private, there are other rentals nearby and it had a camp like feel. I would stay there again if need be.

We loved Laura and Dana’s Big Easy home by the beach. It was big and comfortable and every detail had been thought about to maximize our enjoyment. Drawers and closets and cabinets were all labeled so we didn’t have to search for anything or guess where anything was. Literally every need had been anticipated! Amazing. The beds and bedding and linens and towels were abundant and soft and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were awesome, from an air fryer, to a full set of bar tools and blender, to great appliances. The decor was happy and cheerful and creative and fun. There were so many places to sit and enjoy, both inside and out. Do not hesitate to choose this wonderful place for a visit of any length. You will love it!

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb beach house. The views were absolutely immaculate, turning every moment into a picture perfect scene. A true highlight was the friendly welcome with a customized snack basket that set a warm, personal tone right from the start. Additional amenities, such as a cozy fireplace perfect for evening gatherings, stylish decor that elevated the overall ambiance, and easy access to local attractions, truly made my stay unforgettable. I will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay! Such easy access to the beach was so convenient. You’re definitely better off venturing out after high tide to enjoy the most amount of beach and there are a lot of shells that make being barefoot challenging. We did arrive after major storms which could have contributed to that. The house was spotless with everything you need to be comfortable! We did not utilize the outdoor space but definitely would have if the weather was drier! Definitely would stay here again.

Second year renting this house and it once again was incredible. The house, yard, pool and deck were perfect for our young family and dog. Spencer was incredibly communicative throughout the process and we enjoyed many of his listed recommendations! Southold is an amazing area and Seasound is the perfect oasis to stay while enjoying the Northfork!

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Allana’s house by the sea! When we had a small incident with the keypad, Allana was quick to answer my call and resolve the issue no problem. Everything was clean and beautiful! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back to enjoy our meals. The view from the master bedroom and deck is incredible! We highly recommend and will be back!

Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!

Dan is the most responsive host we've ever had. Usually we got a reply within minutes or even seconds. He happily got the hot tub heated up for us when we needed it and replenished our towels within an hour of our request. That hospitality made our stay so much better. The home is beautiful! It's right on the water, and features lots of luxurious tile, a huge patio, a little dock and lots of windows and open space from which to see it all. We especially loved the hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm ever on Long Island again.

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

Great and responsive host. Home was lovely and we felt welcome. Host responded quickly to questions and requests. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. I would recommend for a peaceful time away from the city.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

There’s so much to love about this charming open plan beach cottage! We especially enjoyed the water views, hearing the birds, and eating on the breezy porch. It was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you’d need, from comfortable beds and towels to many thoughtful essentials like hand and dish soaps, tea and coffee pods, paper towels/toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. Eileen is a gracious and responsive host — she was particularly understanding when we had to reschedule our visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Eileen, and we hope to return!

I had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a great neighborhood. Check-in was smooth, and the host was communicative and welcoming throughout my stay. The space had everything I needed, from thoughtful touches to all the essentials. Cassandra’s property is one of my favorite Air BnB’s to date. For a NYC trip, my wife and I decided to switch it up and stay on the north-shore of Long Island sound, instead of the typical hotel in the concrete jungle. Cassandra’s House comes stacked with upper echelon furnishings, beds, & cookware. No boiler plate decorations that are typical of most Air BnB’s like the cursive coffee sign. Cassandra has authentic artwork and antique decor making it feel very sophisticated i side. The property is situated atop a bluff overlooking the water on the North shore of Long Island. Therefore, it’s just. short walk to the beach nearby. It also is canopied by the vast nature and wildlife surrounding the neighborhood, making the outback living space out back a real deal bonus most other properties don’t provide. They also have a GIANT solo stove out back to cozy up by the fire at night. The tranquility just 45 minutes from one of the world’s largest Metropolis’s is very special.

We had a great time at the house. Grill was brand new and Anthony made sure it got set up right away and the propane connected. Beautiful property and location was perfect for wineries and town. Really appreciated the stay and would love to return. Anthony communicated every step of the way and answered all questions which didn’t go unnoticed.

We had a great stay at the Airbnb. One thing I haven’t seen mentioned in the reviews or descriptions is that this beach had tons of sea glass! In our short stay we found over 100 pieces and my 4 year old was absolutely delighted scouring the beach for it. There are also tide pools less than a five minute walk from the house. These two things made the stay quite magical for my kids. Otherwise the location is great and the house was very clean. I appreciated the bed on the first level having a trundle as well as a door at the top of the stairs for safety. The house is minimally decorated which is honestly a plus when you don’t have to worry about your kid breaking nicknacks on coffee tables. A few nice throw blankets and nicer glassware would have added to the stay though. Overall we were very happy with this property.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! It is an old house so it had its quirks, but it was nothing we couldn’t look past. Very steep stairs, a janky door- nothing major. We had young kids with us so the gates for the stairs came in very handy! There were baby gates, 2 pack and plays, a high chair and a toddler bed. Those amenities alone took so much stress off us. The towels and linens were all very nice and clean and plentiful. The views were PHENOMENAL. We took a walk along the beach at low tide and had so much fun collecting golf balls and shells. My son got to hold his first baby shrimp and jellyfish. The memories made were priceless. Water shoes are a must!! If you require a smart tv with all the apps, I recommend bringing a Firestick, as the tv capabilities were limited. I had one delivered from target within an hour. Astrid was the BEST host! She was extremely responsive, helpful, flexible, and kind. I can’t say enough good things about her and her home!

I had an amazing stay at Linda’s home! The view is absolutely beautiful and the spacious house made for great relaxation. Amenities made it easy to feel right at home along with games to play and enjoy the space even more. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms as well! Perfect for our group of 6 and we will definitely be back!

Steven and Sylvia are great hosts. The house was very accommodating to our needs. The house invited us to engage in fun activities such as roasting marshmallows, playing pool, and kayaking. The house also provided us a beautiful view of the ocean and the wildlife. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay even longer.
