The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Ce chalet de charme confortable et bien équipé vous offrira des vacances détente, dans un environnement naturel et paisible à 700 mètres de notre superbe plage de sable fin. Il est équipé de 2 chambres cabine, une avec lit double et une avec 2 lits simples superposés, et d’un lit clic clac dans le séjour. La pièce principale et salle à manger est une pièce de vie très agréable et lumineuse. Elle est équipée d’un canapé confortable, d’un poêle à et d’une télé connectée écran plat.

Un séjour ressourcement en bord de mer, accessible en train (1h de Nantes) et sans nécessité de voiture sur place, pour encore mieux déconnecter… Nous vous accueillons au rez de chaussée d'une demeure de caractère du 17ème siècle, située à 10mn à pied de tout : l'océan, les marchés, les commerces, les restaurants et terrasses… Pierres, bois, matières naturelles et couleurs choisies vous accompagneront pour un décor cocooning à souhait.

A quelques pas de la mer notre spacieuse maison de 130 m2 classée « meublé de tourisme 3⭐️ », se situe à Lauzières (village ostréicole aux portes de la Rochelle et près du pont de l'Ile de Ré). Elle se compose de 2 chambres climatisées à l’étage et d’une chambre au RDC, d’une salle d’eau , d’une salle de bain ,d'un salon (40m2) et d’une grande cuisine (30m2) climatisés donnant sur un espace extérieur intimiste.
