The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. This newly refurbished, self-contained garden lodge has an en-suite bedroom and a living room and lies in the garden of a family home on the edge of the hamlet of Little Somborne, a stone's throw from the popular village of Stockbridge, at the heart of the Test Valley and a short drive to the Historic City of Winchester. The Lodge has its own west facing patio and has far reaching views over the beautiful Hampshire countryside which is perfect for morning coffee or evening sundowners.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

Linen, towels, toiletries, wifi and welcome pack included. Off-road parking for 1 car, other cars by arrangement. Unsuitable for young children or people with mobility challenges.
