The city center, Schlossgarten and Burgberg can be reached within minutes by foot. Bus and train station are within walking distance, as well as Kaufland, many cafes and restaurants.

The Karpfenland has a lot to offer: a great cycling network right outside the front door, many excursion possibilities, sights and shopping opportunities in the surrounding cities. Hiking trips to Franconian Switzerland are also popular. The metropolises of Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in 20-30 minutes. In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.

The holiday hut "Auszeit", lovingly renovated by us, is ideal for couples who want to spend undisturbed hours for two. On the huge terrace with beautiful views, barbecue and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden, you can let it go and forget the world. We have put special emphasis on high-quality & comprehensive amenities. The cottage is located in a rural idyll in a former holiday settlement and offers a lot of privacy.

I rent a simply furnished 1.5 room basement apartment with separate entrance for 2 persons maximum. Next to the bedroom with two separate beds there is a small dining area with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Cutlery as well as plates and cups are present. A private shower and toilet are also available. Very quietly located in a residential area. A covered parking space on the property can also be used during the stay.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

Ailsbach Vacation Home

Ailsbach can be found between Aischgrund and Steigerwald in northern Middle Franconia. On the edge of the small 300 soul village is our small rough diamond. Newly renovated, the view through the door and windows shows a new and modern charm to feel good. The outdoor area will still be tackled in 2025. However, you can already use almost 1000 square meters of fenced area here.

Vacation home in the countryside

Beautiful apartment in the countryside and very quiet location, overlooking the Altenburg in Bamberg. The apartment can accommodate 2 people or a family with 2 children. Lots of greenery and lots of relaxation is definitely guaranteed. Fresh eggs from our own happy chickens and a nice play area for the kids are available. Treat yourself to a break with us!
