Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Los Olivos

David's place was perfect for us! It is so comfortable and we loved watching Directv...what a treat! The kitchen space is fully stocked with lots of clear directions. David was very helpful and accommodating. Even the main house seems close to the guest house, it is still VERY private. Thank you David for a wonderful stay!!

The house was beautiful and a perfect place for me to get ready with my girls before my wedding. Kat was an amazing host and allowed us to get in a little early. The home has air conditioning which became much appreciated given the high temperatures in the day.

Great place to stay with my family. We come to town for a wedding and this was exactly what we needed for our group. Lots of space for us and the place feels very private. James was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Michelle’s home was beautiful and spacious. A great place to stay for our group of 10. We were met at the door and given a tour by her property manager, who was very understanding with our delayed arrival due to traffic. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoors spaces, especially the views and the wildlife: birds, bunnies and Alpaca! And, cute Downtown Solvang was only a 5-10 minute drive.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend for my birthday to go wine tasting and E’s place was perfect! There was plenty of parking space for 4 cars in the driveway, the house was pristine with 2 huge bathrooms. The pool was also amazing- clean and clear and pretty big! It’s safe to say I would definitely recommend this place for anyone taking a trip to Solvang. It’s close to all the stores and wineries and the area is so beautiful and quiet. I will be back next year!

We traveled to the area for wine tasting and this was a great starting point. The deck, privacy, and view were exactly what we were looking for. As a bonus, there were new fluffy towels and amazing water pressure. Glad we chose this property.

I cannot say enough great things about both the home and the information and responsiveness that Todd & Jodi provided during our stay. We were fortunate to find their place available at the last minute and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Home was beautiful and on a great piece of land, peaceful, quiet and convenient. We felt right at home, almost better than right at home, which was the whole purpose of our visit. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen and all the accessories of the home were top notch. All the recommendations and help in finding last minute winery visits and dinner reservations were incredibly helpful as well. We will be back.

Location was perfect. I stayed here with three friends and we were able to walk to multiple wineries and Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, and Solvang were all short Uber rides away. The home is centralized which fit our needs really well. Kris’s was awesome - three bedrooms and a cozy living area. We were able to have a tea party on the patio and look out at the gorgeous views while doing so. The location was not only pretty but was private and felt very safe. The TV in the living room was a good size and had a clear picture and Netflix but was a little older so we weren’t able to access apps like Peacock or Hulu so we went into town and bought a Roku and that ended up working out really well. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates, cutting boards, glasses, and silverware and there is a pool table and bikes in the garage for those interested. Really a great place to stay when coming to Central CA.

Charlie's place was great. I loved being able to sit outside to have breakfast. The whole place was super clean and beautifully kept. I particularly appreciate how nice the kitchen and the bathroom are. There's a lot of light coming into the place! Thank you, Charlie.

The best thing about this condo is its location. It is steps away from the beach and close to State Street. The second best thing is that it is very roomy. We had a family of four, but you could easily sleep 6-8 people in here, not that you should. The street that it is on is quiet and private, which is surprising given its location, and James is a superb host. Parking was never an issue as well. I will point out that as others have mentioned, the top floor can be a bit warm. We stayed in June and it was fine with great weather, but I can see it being unpleasant in a heat wave. The skylight does provide some ventilation, which others have not noticed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed the beautiful villa in Summerland. Was easy access to area highlights. Super clean and well described. Would come back again!

It truly felt like our home. The perfect size for a couple, we enjoyed the instant peaceful feel when you open the door. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed, the bathroom was beautifully appointed and plenty of natural light, and the living space and patio felt like you were in your own world. You couldn't hear outside noise at all. We will definitely be making this our home whenever we come back to Santa Barbara. Just park your car, unpack and relax.

Sandy and Joy’s place was fabulous! The home is comfy and centrally located to the downtown area and beaches. The rooftop deck was a great spot for our family to hangout and enjoy the sun and sunsets. Joy is very easy to work with and is very responsive to requests. We’ll stay here again on a future Santa Barbara trip.

We stayed In SB for one night, we really enjoyed staying there, feel comfortable, close to good restaurant and hot spots. Very convenient, recommended for people are looking for a good place to rest and convenience. Host is always responsive and very helpful. Definitely would come back in the future.

We had a great time at Elizabeth’s place. The location was perfect. Walking distance to unlimited restaurants, bars, beach etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and her check in/out instructions were flawless & easy. The Airbnb was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. We cooked dinner one evening and had all amenities we needed to do so. We had a lovely time!

Pleasure staying here while in SB, it was like being at home, could easily stay here for weeks on end. Honestly probably the best kitted-out Airbnb we've ever stayed at; kitchen had everything you need, including a full spice cupboard, filtered water dispenser. Biggest clothes washing machine and dryer I've ever seen in a home! Very short walk to East Beach, and a very good quality fresh foods supermarket (which also has a delicious Mexican food truck out the front every night!). Jane is very friendly, helpful and responsive, everything was a breeze.

we really enjoyed our stay. we had easy access to the beach and the condo have a few chairs and boogie boards my kids enjoyed. our favorite place was the second floor outdoor space, we ate meals and relaxed in this great space.

What a great location!!!! Rent without any hesitations, So clean and had hotel style soaps available in bathroom, great hot tub in the back yard, peach 🍑 trees. Beds were just like home, throw blankets and Netflix on the TV. Love it and worked out perfect while attending daughter's college graduation. Highly recommend

It's in Solvang downtown, easy to walk to all different restaurants and bakeries you'd like to visit without the hassle of finding a parking. we enjoyed our stay, my one complaint (to worldmark, who runs it) is the internet. it's very slow and we had to pay extra for it. otherwise, it's a good place to stay.

We came here for a wedding and thought one of our adult children too but he moved out of state for work ! It’s a fabulous location and was great! It also was a first time for us using an Air B & B and had everything you needed!

The stay at Lara's place was wonderful. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The location was perfect, the host was very responsive and the artisan loaf of sourdough bread was an unexpected and delicious treat! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Barbara!
