We spent some incredible days as a family, Casa Bosque is more than we imagined. It is a space with a really special energy, the house is very spacious and beautiful. The beach is beautiful. Had an amazing stay at this place – it was exactly what our family needed! The management company was incredibly responsive, offering fantastic recommendations for local attractions and events. We were kept in the loop with all the happenings around the area during our stay. Highly recommend!

as a lot of the reviews stated. the dogs can be a bit loud but not loud enough to not have a great time. the cats that hung out on the porch absolutely made the trip and I'm not even a real cat guy

Sophie’s place was beautiful and relaxing- exactly what we were looking for. She provided lots of information with recommendations available for reference in the room, and offered extra services that were simple to schedule and made for an inspiring and supported vacation. We are planning to come back with our kids. Also, we saw so many monkeys which was very special and memorable. We will be back!

Staying at Pastora’s place was an absolute dream — hands down the most gorgeous Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The space is a perfect example of indoor-outdoor living, designed with so much intention, beauty, and connection to nature. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and being surrounded by lush greenery was truly magical. Yes, there are a few bugs here and there, but that’s to be expected when you’re nestled in the heart of the jungle — and honestly, it just added to the experience. Nothing major, just part of being immersed in such a natural paradise. Pastora was an absolute angel. She offered to make us an authentic Costa Rican breakfast — complimentary! — which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Both she and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, safe, and supported. Their warmth and hospitality made this stay feel not only relaxing, but genuinely nourishing. I’m so grateful for my time here. It was beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable. 💗

Amazing place to stay with the family

Great place to stay! My family and I had a very pleasant time.

We stayed a month at Casa Azul and loved it. We had our 10 year old son with us and we did not have a car so we walked everywhere. It was an adjustment at first with the heat and dusty roads but after a few days it felt fairly easy. We loved that we could walk 2km in with either direction and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Playa Negra and Playa Avellanas and the shops and restaurants in those areas. Or that we could walk just 300m down the road to Playa Lagartillo if we didn’t want to walk that day. Despite what we read beforehand about playa lagartillo, it does have decent places for swimming and enjoying the water. There are spots without rocks on the larger span of the beach where the waves and tide is not too strong so ideal for kids and families. And it’s a very quiet beach with beautiful sunsets. It was very helpful to have the local deliveries of fresh fruit and veggies, German bakery, fish, and chicken and eggs on various days of the week. We would definitely come back again!

Truly amazing stay. Laura could not of been a better host. From the start we felt right at home and Laura was kind enough to offer us rides to town to show us around. She made us feel right at home and her property is beautiful. For getting to town just use Uber, it’s really cheap! Casa Catalina is the perfect spot in Tamarindo and Laura could not have been a better more thoughtful host!

Great studio room located in Marvista. Very close to Flamingo beach. Trails right out your back door and a gym that's only a 4 min walk away. Room had everything we needed for my husband and I. Colleen is a very responsive host and made everything very easy. Would stay again.

Such a gorgeous little spot in the heart of Guiones. Super close to the beach, restaurants and shops, but still tranquil! Check-in was so easy and clear, the communication was immediate, and though I am familiar with Nosara, the host offered a lot of information on the area and resources for potential needs (tours, transport etc.). The place was beautiful, loved the open-air kitchen - fully stocked with all of the appliances and kitchenware one might need. The room and bathroom were immaculate, beautifully designed - loved the bay window day bed! Overall had a wonderful stay, and would absolutely stay here again.

Casa Mar is the perfect place to stay during your time in Nosara! It is a short ride away from playa guiones and nearby restaurants recommended by Helena! Our stay was a bit longer in Nosara and Helena was extremely communicative with us and helped to ensure we felt right at home! I will definitely stay here again

Our stay was amazing! The property is beautiful, we even saw monkeys in the tree from our balcony. We loved how close it was to town but also secluded enough so we could enjoy nature. Would love to stay again! Keep in mind the parking spots are at the bottom of a steep driveway. Not far by any means but it is a steep walk up.

Great recommendation! Ricardo is very accommodating and helpful. The place is very cute and you have everything you need, like a small beach house. The pool, balcony, peace and seating outside complete everything:) You need 5 minutes to get to the beach by car, which you can park right in front of the door. So perfect away from the place in the countryside, but still close to everything!!

Ana’s place was perfect, just enough out of the busy area to feel tranquillity, but still close enough to all things and easily walkable. Communications were great and very helpful, I loved staying here. Thank you for everything and kickstarting my first Costa Rican experience! Would love to be back one day :)

Awesome place and great host

Great place to stay! We loved the location and there were restaurants. We enjoyed within walking distance that had live music. We were there mostly to dive and the place is 6 minutes from our dive shop. The air conditioning worked well which was important since it was so hot out. Place was very clean and our host was very responsive to any questions. Just make sure to clarify exactly where the location is because it shows differently on the Airbnb app. We would stay again!

Luca’s place is amazing and authentic. Having no tv was a BIG plus for us; it allowed us to unwind and relax. The AC worked great. The front enclosed kitchen/porch area was a great place to hang out. The location you can’t beat. It’s a quick walk to the beach and to all the bars and restaurants. He was really responsive when we needed some recommendations as well as assistance in checking in. The grounds are pristine, and it was close enough to all the restaurants bars and beach, but still very quiet.

Fantastic Airbnb & super gracious host. Beautiful place, tons of extra amenities and well thought out provisions. Kitchen is excellent, vaulted ceilings make the unit feel very spacious. Balcony is just lovely, with great views of Tamarindo bay and sunsets in June and better than any photo could portray. Lucio goes above and beyond as a host. Highly recommend the unit and will be back.

Wonderful! Excellent! Marvelous! The unit was well appointed and had all you'd need for a great stay. Tommy went above and beyond to suggest places to eat, activities, and he researched special requests I had. The beds were comfortable and had several different types of pillows to choose from, which accomodated various comfort levels. The pool was pristine and so very refreshing and enjoyable. It was a great place to stay, and I'd stay again when in the area.

We had a lovely stay, great hosts and perfect location. Close to the pool , safe, quiet, very comfortable beds. Great kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking. Wonderful family time !

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Michelle's place is super cute as described. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated all of the extra pillows. We enjoyed going to the beautiful beaches and it was great to have the beach chairs & cooler for our use. We had the pool all to ourself, which we enjoyed. We really loved the town and all of the fabulous restaurants. Thank you, Michelle!
