Holiday rentals in Loutraki Beach

Had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! Location was superb, a great place for exploring easy reach of Chania and Rethymno. The town has 3 eating places, Monica’s was the highlight! Airbnb its self was so peaceful, with amazing views the outside space had been thought through with lovely dining areas and sunbeds, it gets the sun from midmorning to night. Would recommend to anyone, loved it!

we stayed one week at villa minoa and had a great time. our kids age 2 and 3 years old loved it. The shallow water and sandy beach is just perfect. Spiros the owner was around and took us to the supermarked as there is no big supermarked in Marathi (only downside really). He was so friendly. the locals are amazing too. Great local restaurant. And Alex the host was all big smiles and gave us detailed instructions and communicating with him was so easy and helpfull. I miss the place already. House and garden is great. Was not missing a thing. Its a peaceful place suited for the once who like a low key holiday with no tourism and shops.

Dimitrios was a TOP host. He was so responsive and kind and patient. We asked for a lot of recommendations and he gave us the best! Can’t wait to come back in the future - such a great experience and the house is beyond beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay in this amazing home. Alex was very helpful allowing us to drop off luggage before meeting the rest of the party at the airport. The housekeeper kindly let us in and provided us with a delicious Greek pie. The space at the villa is so well laid out, arriving on the top floor with an amazing view through the house. Dining on the balcony with views of the garden and sea was lovely. The walkway to the deck and swimming pool really stood out, with beautiful views of the sea. Sitting on the deck, watching the sunrise was a special time and the perfect place to cool off after sitting in the sun by the pool. Our family of 7 adults had so much space and used all the facilities, not wanting to leave the villa but also loved the local beach at Loutraki with clear blue water and lots of fish. Chania is an easy drive away and even closer were an excellent selection of restaurants at Marathi. The best location and accommodation for our family celebration by far!

We stayed at Niko’s beautiful villa as a group of 10 and had an unforgettable experience. The villa itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every single day. From relaxing by the pool to exploring the local culture and parties, everything exceeded our expectations. Niko was more than just a host—he truly became a friend. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, always available with helpful tips and a warm smile. His hospitality made our trip even more special. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a memorable stay with an incredible host, this is the place 🇬🇷☀️💯

We stayed for 1 week (4adults and 4 kids) having been to Crete a number of times before. The villa was up in the hills (you need to hire a car to get anywhere and driving on the small lanes is not for the faint hearted) but this gave us the beautiful views over the bay and a lovely sea breeze. The house was immaculate with all the essentials and mod cons including chilled filtered water from the fridge. The ice machine didn’t work so one of the team popped around with a big bag of ice the next day which we used instead. We also experienced a sandstorm (happens about once a year) with Saharan sand being deposited on everything. The cleaners were around the next morning and the pool was cleaned beautifully. The pool itself was heated to a lovely temperature so the kids could enjoy it all day and the hot tub was even warmer so the perfect place to sit and enjoy drinks. We used the outdoor built in barbecue and sat outside for dinners (great views). Karolina was very responsive! Recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une très belle Villa bien agencée, avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée et idéalement située près de Almyrida (Station Balnéaire très agréable et familiale). Nous avons pu pleinement profiter de la grande piscine chauffée jusqu’au soir et de la vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la baie de Souda et la montagne. C’est un environnement calme,très appréciable pour se reposer. Jeanette & Joha ont été des hôtes très sympathiques , très réactifs et de très bons conseils pour les sorties touristiques et les restaurants. C’est un emplacement idéalement situé , proche de la plage et des restaurants d’Almyrida et à 45’ du centre de Chania. Nous recommandons vivement cette Villa et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Bridget & JP
