Located in the very center of Loutraki, this comfortable and fully equipped second floor's 60 m2 flat offers space for maximum 5 people. A bank,a supermarket and a brand new medical center right in front of the entrance of the block of flats.The beach is at sight and it is located at about 150 meters. The flat consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, hall+living room with two single beds, a sofa bed, and a table. A baby cot is also provided. We are pet-friendly.

Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Many shops of our area (beach bars,cafes,tavernas,shopping center) are very close by. The town of Corinth(5km), Loutraki (12km), Kiato (12km), beautiful picturesque seaside villages as well as the archaeological sites of Ancient Corinth (4-5km), Acrocorinthos, etc.are few km from our place.
