Waterfront holiday rentals in Loutraki

The location of this apartment is stunning, right on the beach, you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The views are incredible, the location is in a small village with towns within walking distance with bars and restaurants serving great food. It isn't an overly touristy area but that is exactly what I wanted. We had full access to the hotel also owned by Dimitris next door, which had amazing food and drinks, access to a pool, paddle boards, sun loungers, roof top bar. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was more than adequate, clean and tidy and bed and towel changes every 3 days. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

We had an amazing family weekend!!!! The place is beautiful with a lot of calm and lots of greenery …. The apartment was fully equipped, we don't need anything extra! Very beautiful apartment! Spotless space with very good layout. It's not even 1 minute from the beach and the shops, which worked incredibly for us! The host is incredibly kind and friendly to us! I highly recommend the apartment, we will definitely prefer it again when we visit Loutraki again!

Very relaxing and peaceful location on the water. Nice patio for watching sunrise, listening to the waves. Elias met us at check in and gave good directions for items in the apartment. Easy checkout also.

The maisonette suited us very well and we would happily book again. The layout is quirky: 3 floors with the main living area and balcony in the middle. Overall there is a lot of space but we found ourselves climbing up and down stairs all the time. We both banged our heads on the bathroom doorway and also the bathroom ceiling. This is not a place for very tall people. The balcony is lovely and the views are amazing. Good parking also.

From the first meeting with Alekos who picked us up at the airport, everything was positively exceeded. Absolutely recommended apartment. We felt at home. Location is great. Everything is nearby. Beach is right out the front door and you're standing on the beach. We will definitely be coming back. Alena and Alekos are very, very friendly, help with all problems and answer all questions. The apartment is beautifully stylishly furnished, you have everything you need and very clean. Bus stop right around the corner. Of all the streets that are on the beach, this is the most beautiful and the location is perfect. We are thrilled and the standard for the apartment is very high. TOP out of 5 is 6 points.

We really enjoyed the house and the fantastic location and surroundings. With the beach on the doorstep and the enclosed garden our children could play wonderfully. The surroundings are beautiful with some restaurants nearby. Maria was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

What a great experience ! We stayed at the Saronic Villa with 2 families, and we are already planning the next time! The villa is on the beach, with a private exit to the beach that was only ours. The pool is lovely and right next to the beach, which greatly enhances the experience. There are many cute corners in the yard and the children didn't stopped playing and laughing in the yard. The villa was clean, and the host staff were amazing, they welcome us and answered every question we had. Thank you very much for a wonderful family experience.

Others have mentioned the gardens and they really do deserve special praise. So beautiful and, amidst the dry landscape, so green and flower covered. Then, at the bottom of the tiered garden, a gate swings open to reveal the azure sea. Dive in off the rocks, climb back via a ladder...but beware of the many urchins and the occasional jellyfish. Not serious, but one of our party got stung and it was painful. Luckily they are a rarity and u can spot them easily. Only saw them once in our 2 week stay. Otherwise, only thing to note are the mosquitos which do come out in squadrons at dusk. Best and most pleasurable way to escape them is to take the chairs to the sea and enjoy a drink watching the amazing sunsets. For location alone...did I mention the ancient Spartan temple in the garden? .. I wd not hesitate to recommend. Stunning.

Hosting was above and beyond. The apartment is clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need. Really feel at home. Perfect with children. The well maintained garden made the eyes pleasant and the children enjoyed running and playing in it. Kostas is available and quickly answered all our questions prior to arrival. We asked to change the form of sleeping arrangement for the children and he immediately arranged and took care of everything. In the fridge there were treats that made the entrance to the apartment homey. The apartment is in a quiet area, 1 minute drive from the main street where there is everything, mini market, restaurants, shops. Kostas lives in close proximity to the apartment but his presence was not felt at all, gave complete privacy. On the other hand, everything we asked for, helped immediately and with a smile. Kostas explained about the area and what to do with children, we discovered a conversationalist who was fun to talk to. His presence was undoubtedly part of our good experience there. Highly recommend!!!

We were 5 people and our stay in the house was lovely. The host Maro was welcoming, smiling and caring. Her son-in-law was nice and helpful on the phone. She even offered us home-made food and he helped us pick up something we had forgotten at the airbnb after our stay. A proof of care! The house itself is beautiful and very convenient, with a view on the sea and hills, and there is a small beach at walking distance. There are stairs in the house, so it is not fit for people with reduced mobility. I highly recommend this place and the hosts! I would happily go back there.

Thanos' accommodation is perfect. The location is awesome, the host incredibly helpful and uncomplicated. We had wonderful summer holidays and especially enjoyed the direct beach access and the tavern & delicious bakery, which are right next door. everything was very clean and the kitchen well equipped.

Extraordinary accommodation, facing the sea, a lot of charm, practical, everything is well thought out and the owners are just charming. A peaceful oasis!

We loved our time in Loutraki! And this was the perfect place to stay!! right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean with spectacular sunsets. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need is close by.

The really best location in Loutraki if you come for few days or a week or two. The building is new, private parking lot, just few meters from Paralia/pedestrian area with dozen of cafes and simple restaurants, all with comfortable recently renovated terraces with sea view, beaches with chairs and showers. Balcony with large sofa, astonished sea view, especially during sunset. I have been visiting Loutraki since 1997 and that is why I can really recommend this apartment - the best location and very good quality = value for money. One thing to consider if you travel with kids or want to be undisturbed: there is a late night life in Loutraki and you may hear some music at 00.00 in the night. Which is a part of Loutraki experience. For us as adult couple traveling this time without kids this is nothing to think about anyway.

This appartment was great to be at. The view is incredible. And the appartment is great if you’re going out a lot. It’s not an appartment where you can just relax for a couple days although the beach is good to stay at. The appartment was clean and tidy. We wished the bathroom was a bit bigger, but it wasn’t a big problem. In this time of the year there was quite a bit of wind which made that in the evening the temperature would go down quite fast and you could’t sit on the balcony without putting on some warme clothes. But overal great appartment if you want to visit all the beautiful places in the area and love a great view.

We had a wonderful time. The location of the apartment could not be better, the sea is at your feet. And the apartment, small but very chic and smartly organised. We would be happy to come back.

The apartment is a small with one bedroom. It is basic but that is well reflected in the price. Don't expect luxurious coffee machines or anything like that. It is a good little apartment in an excellent location. The one big luxury for me was the washing machine. I didn't use the balcony except to dry clothes. It was much better to sit at the waterfront. There is no Internet. I hadn't realised when I booked but he definitely says it in the ad. I might have booked somewhere else if I had read the ad properly. I spent a fortune in cafes just to get wifi. The beach is a 1 minute walk away. Then you can go either left or right to find lots of restaurants etc. Couldn't ask for a better location.
