The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.

L'accès au logement se fait par un escalier. Studio se situant à 5 minutes de Caen, du Zénith et des périphériques Nord et Sud.
