We had a great time. The accommodation is quite suitable for a family and especially for our 3 dogs who had a garden all around the house. It's a real house with everything you need, and very well located, close to the sea and all amenities. Kevin leaves us a lot of very nice little touches. Thanks to Kevin and his mom, who was so kind. We highly recommend this place.

Warm and welcoming, Nathalie is a host at your disposal. The accommodation is well located, clean, functional and well equipped. Parking is very easy. We had a short stay, we had a great time. We will be happy to come back when we have the opportunity to be in Caen again.

We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

Everything you need is present in the large house. Romain is very friendly and responds immediately to all your questions. We had no hot water at one point and Romain came by immediately. Super host and stay, with a perfect price/quality ratio. RECOMMENDED!

It is not easy to find accommodation for a family or friends reunion. Everything is there here. Number of rooms and beds, leisure facilities for children and adults, crockery, seats all in number for a large group. It's clean. My garden is nice, like the house. Thanks again for this weekend!

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Karine's service: very welcoming host, nice and spacious mobile home, very well equipped +++, everything is there and everything is thought of, from the baby night light, coffee capsules, tea, paper consumables, hygiene products... nothing to say and especially very clean. This mobile home is a real haven of peace and we had a pleasant stay outside school holidays, very relaxing with my baby and my elderly mother. Classy, clean and quiet campsite. Small paradise cottage, very peaceful. Small garden not overlooked. Very clean space. We didn't miss anything. Thanks to Flora for the little touches that awaited us and for hosting us. We even had plenty to read, play etc... Tennis court, ping pong, pétanque... We will surely come back as soon as possible to enjoy the pool. We would highly recommend. Thanks to Flora.

We were hosted very well as our little dog by Jérôme. Jérôme is discreet and friendly. No problem with communication. Go there in a second. You won't be bothered by the noise. If you are an early morning and walker you will see many rabbit around. We left delighted with our stay.

A cute garden cottage. Everything you need is there. Maxime is a good host. Also nice that the dog was welcome. The location is perfect for sightseeing Caen and surroundings. Supermarket around the corner and also the center is within walking distance. Certainly subject to repetition.

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!).
