The expansive adjacent meadow is a popular spot for kitting enthusiasts in the fall and winter-whether with tricycles or skis. In summer, bathing in a nearby pond.

From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Památkově chráněný dům se nachází na návsi obce, má ale uzavřený dvůr, a proto nabízí náležité soukromí a absolutní klid. Na návsi teče potok a nachází se zde dětské hřiště. Janovice jsou historickou vesnicí, která je dodnes na oválném středověkém půdorysu a celá obec je vesnickou památkovou rezervací.

Pronajímá se jako celý dům a je vhodná pro hosty, kteří hledají klid, soukromí a pobyt v přírodě. Nenajdete zde ruch města ani sousední domy - místo je ideální pro pomalé tempo, odpočinek a ticho. Chalupa leží přibližně 5 km od Litoměřic a nabízí možnost výletů po okolí Českého středohoří.
