Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.
