The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached barn conversion. We live in the barn conversion and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The lounge has been maintained in the French style. The upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom are more modern. The accommodation has its own entrance. Outside are two garden areas for your private use which include table, chairs, parasol.

In Normandy, close to the cliffs, the Alabaster Coast, close to charming beaches and lively ports, 1 km from the Véloroute du Lin, hikes, gardens and castles to visit and forests to discover. In addition to its comfort and high quality bedding, the cottage accommodates babies (changing table, bouncer seat, high chair, small bathtub, small potty, baby bed). The cottage has a small private enclosed garden. the large lawn facing the cottage is also accessible to children.

The house is perfect for families looking to explore the region, or as a romantic get away. The Barn has an open lounge, kitchen and dining area, and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Barn has its own patio area, and all guests have access to the large garden, which is shared by the other two properties on the site.

We offer ART workshops & MASSAGE A great place for time out to relax and/or as a perfect base for exploring some popular tourist spots like Mont St Michel (25mins), Medieval town Fougieres , Saint Malo Bicycles available. Wood for indoor fireplace is available for first night of your stay, after that €5 per bundle per night. We are also 5 min drive from the chateau de la Rouerie, wedding venue.
