The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached larger house. We live in the larger house and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The accommodation has its own entrance and is separated from our house by thick stone walls. There is a living room at ground level with a corner kitchen and upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is a very quiet location.

It is an intimate one bedroom retreat with central suspended fireplace, modern underfloor heating and water heating from a modern air-air heat pump. This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
