Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home. Just 3 blocks from local favorites Brûlée Bakery, Good Line Brewery, Capital Pizza and J&B Coffee, and only 10 blocks from TTU. Enjoy this private and stylish 1 bedroom home which boast a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The entire home was remodeled in late 2021. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
