Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

This bright, clean home features Ashley's furniture with two bedrooms and queen couch sleeper for that extra guest, will be sure to fit all your guests comfortably. The back yard is complete with outdoor seating and grill for those perfect Lubbock summer nights. We are happy to help and accommodate all the needs you may have!

The Mission Belle

This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. Enjoy outdoor spaces on the large front patio or the brick patio in the back with a grill. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

The Little House

This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

College View Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

Chill & Grill in Tech Terrace-2 blocks from TTU

This spacious and private cottage is only two blocks from campus and is in the best neighborhood in Lubbock! J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, Brulee Bakery, Good Line Beer Co, and a neighborhood grocery store are all just blocks away. Tech Terrace park is nearby, which offers a great walking track. This property has lots of room to enjoy time with friends and family both inside and outside on the beautiful covered patio. Close enough to walk to Tech!
